🍜 meal (pic) of the day I guess haha

So my meals all stay the same 7 days, I change the dressing and occasionally the distribution of the micro nutrients between them depending on where my day lands.

πŸ’₯ This is my fav of them all ( I have this 2x a day)

🍚 Chicken breast, Jasmin rice, Brussel sprouts, green beans, carrots, almond butter, home made pickle and chilli.

The winery sent me a dozen of these. It a wine produced from our 65year old muscat. Limited release. Sale price is $90aud a bottle.

i haven't made ribs in my life. @MarkNV its expensive and takes a lot of time. but man they look good right there

@Yuri wow thank you so much for posting your recipe. i would have never guessed that was pineapple. that is actually a tremendous idea since it helps digestion

Thanks brother, and yes sir that’s why I have it in the meals to aid with my digestion πŸ”₯

And I seared the pineapple in a pan with dry spices and chilli that’s why it looks bit different - really brings out the sweet and savory flavour

They really do take a lot of time, but so worth it.
yeah i might try it if a sale comes up next time. make sure you make those bones into bone broth they have a lot of nutrition in that marrow

I use everything. nothing goes to waste in my kitchen. I use bones for broth and stock, I render Fat, I use everything.

yeah man the bones are great for broth but also for the garden. veggies absolutely love bones deep into the soil it works great

Oh man, After you cook the bones down for broth, they are really soft, that would be so awesome in soil. Pure calcium! I never thought of that. Nice, thank you!

@MarkNV how are you smoking them? you using a specific type of wood? i used to have a smoker but the damn thing got so old and rusted that i had to throw it out.

So this happened yesterday. That's 11 x 20kg/44lb plates per side of a safety squat bar. Over on my log is a screen-grab of the 1 rep with what amounts to 1014lbs on a Hatfield Squat. Mind you I'm in bits today so no gym lol

I absolutely hate city life and love living on the outskirts. Fresh air, less noise, more birds, calm to go for walks etc. But all the tech jobs are jabbed in the CBDs.
I used to work in CBD many moons ago. Prefer it here

🍳 the dish: poached eggs, toasted ham, sourdough bread, wild mushrooms, chard corn, pesto salsa. Obviously not macro friendly haha
