I’ve posted all this weeks workouts, I’ve added 30 minutes of daily cardio on top of 15000 steps per day,I’m aiming to be under 100 kg in the near future. My diet is pretty basic, protein yogurts ,rice ,chicken breast(lots) veges/fruit ,whey protein.

All lower body and pull lifts are progressing well, my push lifts are not progressing as well but I’m also not getting weaker, mindful that I’m in a pretty steep deficit, my calories/macros have served me well over the last 3-4 months as I have dropped nearly 16 kg and all my blood /health markers have improved significantly. Now being fully transparent, I’ve stagnated over the past few weeks and my coach is in the process of making some adjustments so I can reach my goals.

No weights this weekend, plenty of running around with kids sport, back into it Monday 🙌🙌
Averaged 14500 + steps for the week and recorded a new low body weight of 98.5, checked in with @Gains Man, cut ends this month, then into a lean bulk👌👌
