Thoughts after today is that I definitely see room for improvement, although I'm limited with my workout equipment at home I can add resistance with my 20kg (44lbs) weight vest. In addition, using the weight vest to incorporate bicep curls adding more to my workout until the 8th to help maintain muscle.
I can reduce my fat intake tomorrow and increase the carbs, my calories are sitting nicely as I'm not able to fully train and don't want to put on excessive weight. However, over the next 2.5 weeks slowly increase my calorie intake to 3000 for building once I am cleared by my doctor to begin regular activities again.
Furthermore I can certainly add to my daily supplements, others on the forum have already suggested great supplements to take and will be integrating them into my routine in the future.

20250723_084921.webp

MEAL 3

310g chicken breast

20250723_181008.webp

SNACKS

Today I made solid progress with some things i wanted to do yesterday, I reduced my fat intake and upped my carbs.
With Training I added in the weight vest and did a decent workout with that. Still much to improve.
Going grocery shopping at the end of the week so ill be able to pick up some more supps to then add into my nutrition next week.
Food was good and easy to get down, I doubt when the time comes to start increasing my caloric intake it will be no problem with smaller meals more frequently.

@ABane43 awesome log right here I will be following along for sure!

Solid eating today, tracking might be a little off as I visited my mum for dinner and ate two plates worth of food and didn't have a scale to weigh the food on. Not working out tonight as i'm using today as a rest day then for tomorrows workout upping the intensity with more reps and sets.
Also posting a post-workout pic from last night felt good and pumped afterwards
