Yep, I’m pretty much eating the same meal for lunch (all prepped ) and small rotation of high protein meals for dinner + protein yogurts , whey protein and some fruit , it’s not exciting but I have lost 18kg and it makes my life a lot easier

I love the upper/lower, my work is easy on the body so it doesn’t impact me too much and big step counts are king,easy to do and easy on the body, I see your putting in some big days 💪💪👊👊
