insane workout today, i think i was at the gym for 3 hours because I have no bitches or hoes, all i have in life is the gym, work and this log 😭

anyway, if you couldn't tell, today was leg day! + random shit at the end ! :D.

leg strength has finally jumped big time, now able to load 60kg worth of plates on the hacksquat instead of nothing. pre cut I was able to do 80kg for 6-8 reps, and at the end of the cut I could do 0 plates lol. also im feeling insane pumps in my hamstrings which is something ive never had before, feels great ahaha, it's becoming a favourite to train.

appetite is pretty regular at this point, just trying to maintain some consistency with the new schedule :)

good job on this one. your diet is decent. but it can be improved a lot. you need to start food prepping that is the key @playfields

Doing an overnightshift, I know this may sound kinda whack but I totally took a 40mg duromine pill just to stay awake. No regrets at all, helped a fuckton. Obviously wont abuse it once my body clock adjusts to thr night shifts.



My 1 year gym membership expired.. thank god.. place was kinda dirty, no ac, unorganised, etc.. got a new membership at a different and closer gym.. much better.. 100x better. Started the occasion off with an excellent pull day.

New job and new gym that's the way to go :D it's going to change how you feel long term.
I highly suggest you stop taking duromine it's almost like speed. Gets addictive fast.

was just a 1 off thing 😂 didnt even take it the next day
 
Duromine does its job the first time you take it, and that's it. That's been my experience, even after doctor increased the strength.

Doing an overnightshift, I know this may sound kinda whack but I totally took a 40mg duromine pill just to stay awake. No regrets at all, helped a fuckton. Obviously wont abuse it once my body clock adjusts to thr night shifts.



My 1 year gym membership expired.. thank god.. place was kinda dirty, no ac, unorganised, etc.. got a new membership at a different and closer gym.. much better.. 100x better. Started the occasion off with an excellent pull day.



Packed 2 lunches for work, skipped the 2nd lunch.. too much caffeine in my system and that duromine doesn’t help 😂😂😂😂. No worries though, got an excellent amount of calories/macros in.



My schedule is looking on point, love the new gym, adapting to the new job, adapting to the food. LETS GOOOOOOOOO!!!
How about No-Doz caffeine tabs that you get off supermarket shelf or at Chemist Warehouse?

Yes, sadly he decided to part ways with his coach and train solo. We're not entirely sure why as he was making excellent progress but he is still updating on other forums and appears to be doing fine - that's the main thing!

I just don't think he was used to having things so structured and found them to be a little too rigid for his liking even though that's the discipline you require to achieve the best results, but at the end of the day we can't force people to do things they don't want to do.

Either way we wish him nothing but the best. He's a good kid.

Sometimes guys just aren’t ready for that level of structure, even if it’s exactly what brings the best results. Progress looked good but if he feels better going solo, then as long as he’s still training and checking in elsewhere, that’s what matters. Wishing him well is the right call, he’ll probably circle back to the EVO family when he sees the value in having that guidance again. :D
