1) Single leg leg press 2x10 each leg
2a) Leg press (both legs) 2x12 with 3 second pause at the bottom.

2b) light limited ROM RDL 3x6
3a)Leg extension 3x drop sets, aiming for 12 reps each set.

Everything is still light, the glute is great, but oh boy, it sure caused a reversal in strength.
I have slowly been increasing the weight in small increments, it still has Pain, but it is far from what it was.
