I stumbled across the podcast a couple of weeks ago and have spent most of my driving time listening back to back to the shows.
So about me…
41 year old male
Trained for 20 years
Starting weight approx 126lbs
Current weight 235lb
I would consider myself especially in the beginning of my journey a hard gainer.
I’ve played with different diets and training programmes over the years and also incorporated different PEDs.
Over the last year I’ve been recomping which included 2 cycles before dropping back to TRT, I’m now back on cycle with the goal of how good can I get, can I get potentially stage ready who knows???
If I was to go on stage it’s more of a tick box some thing to show the kids in years to come.
Current cycle looks like this.

Primo 600mg pw
Hgh 5.0 iu split between waking and prior to bed
