💚 Big EVO energy and love to all my bros taking the time to comment and support my log - very thankful!

🔥 Happy Sunday to my EVO FAM, today’s been a nice pace and a well needed rest day - we’re still keeping food and steps at a decent rate and really helping me with this leg of my growth phase

📊 we’re now 4 weeks into new coach, and programming to match - things are moving like crazy right now with major progression each week and it’s so early on - can’t wait to see what happens

🧬 @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep the team! The boys are absolutely doing incredible work in the Aussie underground right now - very thankful.

🔥 Happy Friday my EVO FAM, hope y’all heading into the weekend feeling amazing - and bets of luck to all my brothers competing this weekend!

💣 4am killer leg session this morning, Thos is my second leg session for the week with my new programming and new coach - could not be happier with the amount of progression we are making in such a short period of time.

📊 I’ll have much more comprehensive updates with the changes over the next few weeks, right now I’m focusing on trying to perfect the new system and style of training.

☑️ Food has been going up weekly, and at an all time high whole body composition is stll holding on all thing considered.

☑️ TD calories currently at 4,500 and climbing. Appetite and digestion are going strong with hunger still high and zero issues digesting any of my meals.

🧬 Raptor Labs have me moving and recovering like never before, my brothers are running the Aussie underground game with incredible oils to pharmacy grade growth hormone and peptides - @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

🥣 My strand post workout meal - slowly filling up this 2lt bucket (half a gallon for my US bros)

➕ cream of rice, rice, low fat greek yogurt, whey, blueberries, cinnamon, salt, honey.

Looks average, but taste fucking amazing 😂

Thanks bro, nah that is rocket on top but I do love coriander!

I change the dry spice and salad part each day I make them, rotate between a few home made pickles and stuff I make
Bro i lovee pickles ey kinda make everything more tasty haha. Its the key changing the flavour of the same meals we eat, easy to stay on track and not get too bored of it lol.

Big arm session at 4am, the energy from higher food is showing in both weight gain and strength jumps. Curls and pushdowns with those rep ranges gave you a crazy pump, no doubt arms were blown up by the end. Good momentum with the new coach too, this growth phase is clearly starting off strong.

Strong update brother, 4am pull session and stats climbing shows the work is paying off. Numbers moving better each week means you’re adapting fast, now it’s just about dialing form to squeeze more out of every rep. Meal looks clean and on point, plenty of protein with rice and veg to fuel recovery. VERY beautiful meal :D

🚀 4am legs session this Monday morning, my first leg session of the week after a rest day, so full of carbs and well rested and ready to go!

Thank you bro - and the seasoning was one I hade made up myself - I make dry spice mixes all the time so I know what’s in them

This one was: (all dry spices)
Paprika
Cumin
Coriander
Garlic
Chilli

Then I dry fry them on low heat to bring out the flavour - then add them to meals as I go

I tend to make up a heap of mixes and change up meals with them

4am leg day after a rest and carb load always hits harder, those top sets are where the progress gets made. Good to hear the push phase is rolling smooth and bloods are all clear while you keep driving it up. Chicken rice and micros staying in as your staple is the right call, that’s the fuel that keeps those sessions firing. :D

Early morning grind shows, arms-only day is a solid way to bring them up if they’ve lagged and capping it with calves keeps balance. Calves will need time and consistency even with just 4 sets a week, so keep loading them heavy and they’ll come along. @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep gear clearly treating you right, you’re looking fuller and stronger each update and the calves are like bowling balls! :D

🔥 Happy Sunday EVO FAMILY, hope y’all have had killer days so far and getting ready for the week ahead

📊 Sunday is my second rest day for the week and just before my leg session on Monday, both rest days are currently before my leg days to give me the best chance at having a crazy session

🚀 Calorie intake on rest days is currently quite high as we enter deeper into my push phase

@yuri1 calves are looking massive. Something I’ve never been able to get to grow and get good size just definition. Looks like it’s all going well.
