Food has been going up weekly, and at an all time high whole body composition is stll holding on all thing considered.

Garlic
Chilli
Then I dry fry them on low heat to bring out the flavour - then add them to meals as I go

4am arm session this morning was fire, feeling amazing right now with sky high calories, nice stead increase in weekly body weigh and strength.
My new coach and program is moving like wild fire right now, very excited excited to see where this first growth phase takes us.

Early morning grind shows, arms-only day is a solid way to bring them up if they’ve lagged and capping it with calves keeps balance.
