Got some waterskiing in this morning. Quite a bit. Three hours with short breaks.
I’m relearning to ski right foot forward and had never attempted it until yesterday, but I did it all day today and I’m SO SORE. Way over did it. I was going to lift today. No chance.

I wonder if not using any type of gh or mk677 is blunting my recovery. This seems extreme.

I’ve been sleeping like a little kid lately. No melatonin, no gh, no mk. It’s been a few weeks like this and I’ve been fighting lethargy all day too. I’m enjoying the sleep, but something isn’t right

@toddthelineman good job man. 8 hours straight is awesome. i always get up once or twice to pee it sucks!
I had been getting up to pee at least once for easily a decade. I assumed that that was never going to change and only get worse with time. I had tried numerous things to improve it, with varying results. Like taking a large amount of salt before bed. Or simply not drinking much water in the evening and making sure to pee before bed. Things could get a little crazy when I ate zero carbs. A couple times I had cramps so bad I thought I was having a serious medical event. I started going to bed with a glass of water with so much salt in it that it wouldn’t fully dissolve. I had to have it near me or I could be fucked. It was the combination of near zero carbs, kratom, and coffee being the big one. For some reason coffee has a really powerful diuretic effect on me, more than other types of caffeine. When I have been able to be free of caffeine I sleep perfectly every night

no coffee for me. the problem for me is i live in a hot/humid climate so i am constantly sweating so i gotta drink a lot everyday. especially during the summer. when i spent some time in Cali i could sleep the whole night i didn't barely need to drink water at all with that crisp Medi climate and low humidity .

Maybe the salt trick could help, if it doesn’t have any negative effects. I’m sure you’ve explored your options thoroughly

I definitely benefit from it. Especially mentally and I had decent hdl despite years of sports trt and orals. I had stopped taking it for a little while and just started again. Feel better already. Elite soldiers are sometimes prescribed megadoses of it to counteract the trauma of being near a lot of explosions. I was using Thorne super EPA pro at a double dose but it gets expensive

3 caps twice a day. Trying to get a head start on my cycle, as my liver enzymes go up even without orals and small doses of testosterone
That's a good move with n2guard and a good dose :D

If I could sleep 7hrs without waking up to piss that would be a dream come true. Comes once in a blue moon

Yes, I think so. How’s that treating you? Do you get… economical fish oil or something fancy?
Duno if it's fancy, but it's been highest ranked in a couple of studies.

Dr. Rhonda Patrick says the source is really really important cuz there's a lot of really and fish oils out there. The quality makes a big difference apparently.

I use the Carlson's Elite fish oils. It's not too too pricey but considering I'm taking so much it's worth it. If I got a bad batch of something and took this much imagine the damage it could do.

Did you try the salt trick? Salt before bed, kind of a lot of it.
How much is a lot?

Also I have a question for the mad scientist.

You ever pin GH and BPC together? Their both water based peptides so I can't see why not but I figured you'd know for sure.

Yeah I heard that too. I’m being cheap right now. Work is blowing up like crazy. Gotta resist the temptation to spend like I won the lotto

Hopefully you get paid for your hard work this time around and you can start spending like a guy with a good job.

Did you miss my questions above for the mad scientist over there?

A lot, is a glass of water with so much salt it won’t dissolve fully. That would be way too much. I would start with like, a salt packet and minimal water. You know of Stan Efferding? He talked about it a lot. You would think a guy like that had a prostate like a watermelon, so if it works for him, hahahaha.

I have not mixed any of my peptides or gh. I think of these things as microscopic 3D puzzle pieces floating in fluid. We take certain puzzle pieces because they fit the microscopic pieces in our cells that we want them to fit into, but I don’t want them to get the chance to attach to other things or each other and turn them into differently shaped pieces that don’t fit onto my cells

I'll look that Stan Efferding guy up. Never heard of him before. If it works for me that would be amazing.

I like the puzzle piece analogy. Never really thought of it that way. I know mixing gear is no big deal so I figured the same for peptides. Dr. Todd is always promoting mixing gh with test for ED injections. Thought peptides would be the same but what your saying gives me some pause for sure. Ah well I'll just pin twice. It's only subq so what's the harm

You will like Stan Efferding’s content. I’m surprised he doesn’t get more traction.

Sleep looked solid at 9 hours, that’s a big win for recovery even if you woke up stiff. Supplements are on point, you’re covering health with the fish oil, probiotics, and multi. Kratom dosing steady too, looks like you’ve got the routine dialed in for now. AND the real deal is your 500 grams protein, living up the PROTIEN KING title! @toddthelineman

That's a great layman's analogy. I don't purposely mix peptides either but I do jam 2g of all sorts of different AAS into my ass from time to time. The tren gives it a nice hue.

I don't even want to repost on here what it takes to get my crazy ass to sleep but it's in my log, it's all Rx and would knock out a fuckin donkey LOL. I feel your pain bro.

Todd is next up on the podcast. if anyone has any questions or things you want to know let us know !
That's great news! @toddthelineman is the best! Love that guy. Doesn't even realize how funny he is. Should be a good one. Make sure you go deep on the compounds cuz he is a mad scientist with all that.

I thought all the podcast guests had to be Canadian now tho...I guess Todd is close enough lol

we will turn the podcast into a home improvement show with home hacks
I like it! Let me know when you need an electrician, I'm your guy haha. Get some nice posing lighting and a sweet sound setup.

Don't forget they need to all be Canadian now or semi Canadian like @toddthelineman lol

And eat a ton of protein haha

Just a low effort check in. Work has been an absolute max effort the past week, and will be again this next week. I’ve been eating, not always clean but my weight is steady at 182 which is more than I could hope for when surpassing 20k steps a day and that’s not just walking, that’s pulling and carrying stuff most of the time and when I’m standing I’m still pulling quite often. I placed four miles of cable last week, but I had to handle it maybe a dozen times to get it there. Thankfully I’m not feeling any strains or pain from that. I feel good. I’m not lifting at all, and I’ve dialed back to 150mg test e, daily injections weekdays only. If I hadn’t kept up the pace I would have been forced to work the weekend. Things are good. In few weeks I’ll be flush financially and I’m desperate to find some competent help to reduce my physical workload.

Wow is it just me or did you get bigger? Your chest shoulders and arms look bigger bro. Like by a lot. The skiing and work has been really good cuz your bigger and leaner at the same time.

What's the thought process behind only injecting during the week? You always have some really interesting tactics and I love hearing your thoughts processes behind them.

182 steady while grinding 20k+ steps of hard labor every day is solid, you’re burning through crazy volume and still holding weight. No strains after hauling that much cable is a win, shows your base strength and conditioning are paying off. Dropping to 150mg test e on weekdays only is a fine cruise while you focus on work. Once you get some help and free up energy, slipping lifting back in will feel a lot easier.
Though I think HGH should be ED thing for you.

@toddthelineman you are working hard which gives a lot of satisfaction. when i worked as an engineer sometimes i would work 2-3 days straight until i figured something out

bros evo family appreciates you. this is some good honest updates. @toddthelineman very modest as well

That sounds really cool. I am not sure if I ever heard you saying what sort of engineer you were?
He's not one of the bad ones we deal with lol. He engineers roller coasters. He's a good engineer haha @Ulter

He's not one of the bad ones we deal with lol. He engineers roller coasters. He's a good engineer haha @Ulter
People who engineer cable systems… they aren’t even engineers at all hahaha. They call themselves engineers, but they don’t have degrees and I don’t think they do… anything. Software does it all and it’s a mess. The basic structure of fiber optic city builds is simple as can be. So they just draw lines on a city map, you put slack anywhere where the main cable would branch off into a neighborhood. And the branches need slack to branch off to the houses. Fiber is barely limited by distance so it can all be wrong and still be made to work and that’s all we do. I pull the big stuff, and the splicers pull, splice and activate the small stuff. Commonly, they are working from a different revision of the design than I am. It’s a total shit show all the time. Only a few people actually know what they’re doing on any given job and there’s almost no communication until after the fact. It’s SO DUMB

@toddthelineman hell ya Todd on the podcast, looking forward to it! And you deserve to change your avatar pic bro you've put on some lean mass big time. You look like the kind of metabolism that could actually push in a ton of carbs and have it work for you. But from one protein king to another always keep that protein total in first place!

I have a decent amount of HGH that I could deploy. I haven’t because even a little bit makes me want to sleeeeeeep and I have to use a lot of caffeine or modafinil to stay alert. I use a machine to run my cable that is totally analog, I have to watch it the whole time it’s running and if it binds up I have just seconds to stop it or damage can occur. Like &14k damage. It can be pretty nerve wracking and a little exhausting just from the constant hours of attention, and then I often have to physically feet it and manage the cable at the same time

Sounds like civil engineering at it's finest lol

@toddthelineman hell ya Todd on the podcast, looking forward to it! And you deserve to change your avatar pic bro you've put on some lean mass big time. You look like the kind of metabolism that could actually push in a ton of carbs and have it work for you. But from one protein king to another always keep that protein total in first place!
I do sometimes eat a lot of carbs. I lot of the time I’m just eeeeeaaaating. If I haven’t meal prepped I’m just eating whatever I can get my hands on. And then I’ll meal prep and eat… most of it. I weigh the same as when I started my old log. And I have barely lifted in the past couple months. I’m so weak under a bar right now. It’s very strange.

Holy shit that's high stakes...makes me nervous just thinking about it.

As an owner there's no way you can let one of the guys do it for you either. Definitely something only you can do, so if something does go wrong you have no one to kill but yourself.

On Wednesday I had to have a friend come help. My helper was just not handling the pressure. My friend owns an hvac company. Very smart and successful dude. I barely explained the process the night before, explained the deadline situation and what I needed done. He rescheduled a thing, beat me to the job the next morning and had the whole thing figured out by the time I got there. We made $9500 that day and now we’re planning future collaborations with more rented equipment. He could run the machine no problem. He could run the whole job with like, a half hour tutorial. It’s simple as hell if you’re a little smarter than average and have a trades background. It should not be this hard for me to find help. I’m close enough to Chicago that if you’re a competent worker you either own a business or you’re in the union… or you have real personal problems. I may be forced to unionize myself just to get into that hiring pool. Having my friend come help saved my ass but it was expensive!

Make sure you consider all the angles before joining up with the union. There are a lot of caveats when you make that deal with the devil lol. Union guys tend to have a different attitude towards the work too. Standing around doing nothing for a good portion of the day is expected lol. Atleast that's how it is up here. Some of my jobs 3 bucket trucks will show up for a 1 man job lol.

Hiring is the toughest thing. I got a new guy starting tomorrow so I'm hopeful as always. All I really need is someone who's eager to learn and the rest can just fall into place.

Yeah, I see the standing around stuff, but I’ve seen many crews that were keeping up with me (they do always have like 4x the people and several million dollars worth of equipment on the job). I doing even know what to do, honestly. When I’m fully loaded with work I could pay a competent worker $50/hr easily and still be good. Very good. But you can throw all the money you want at a turd and it’s still going to be a turd. What I can’t do is give up 40% of my money every time I get a big job with a deadline. The deadlines are good for me. It means the people above me are motivated. All I need is like, two young guys who can get up in the morning and keep their head in the game

Sounds like you just need some Mexicans bro. The Mexican and South America guys and gals we get up here work hard long hours on the labour jobs like demo. Work quality is pretty questionable sometime but hard work is a guarantee. Ukranians are really hard workers too. I'm seeing a lot of Ukranian refugee crews showing up on sites now and same deal with those guys. Better quality work too.

The chick I had working for me was Ukrainian and she could hang with any dude, even strength wise, she could find a way to make it work. She actually had stronger grip strength than anyone I tested except me. She hit 155, mine was 180 at my best. But she was a bitch and a liar and was using my truck for personal stuff and was trying to use her hotness to manipulate me, even though she was a lesbian. I fired her for lying about an accident she got into with my truck… at a bar.

I had one Mexican pull up and grab a shovel. He knew what he was doing and I speak enough really bad Spanish (I’m trying to get it back, practicing daily, I haven’t attempted to speak it since I was 12 and I was never fluent) to figure out that he had personal issues with his crew. He had seven different IDs. Growing up with a whole clan of Mexican family, many of whom were somehow involved in crime… I’m struggling to feel comfortable with it. I know too much

Makes sense holding off then, hgh can definitely make you drowsy especially early on and with the type of work you’re doing you can’t risk zoning out for even a second. Running that machine sounds like a serious mental load if you’re locked in for hours knowing a mistake could cost 14k, that’s draining on its own. Until your schedule eases up or you can afford that extra fatigue window, better to keep it shelved than burn through stims just to stay functional. :D @toddthelineman

@toddthelineman looking super jacked bro! Getting bigger!

That sounds really cool. I am not sure if I ever heard you saying what sort of engineer you were?
mostly mechanical but i have worked in different things like civil for infrastructure. i retired early cause i would spend way too many hours and got sick of working 20-30 hour straight and bossing around children who were working under me

We recorded the podcast today. It was pretty cool’ I’ve never done anything like that and I regret not putting more thought into it before hand. Also regret waking up to find out there was no coffee in the house hahahaha. I’m definitely a better writer than speaker but I still enjoyed it and would want to improve

Now you want the coffee back lol :P @toddthelineman
I can't wait to listen.

I'm sure you did great. I felt the exact same way when I was on and then when I listened back I was only half as bad as I thought I was lol.

Naaaa I was pretty brain foggy. It’s cool though. All day today I was completing all the thoughts I couldn’t get out at the time. Steve and Mobster are really good what they are doing. I felt just like a new guy at work. Give me four instructions and I’ll just try to grasp in of them hahahaha

I literally thought the exact same thing when I listened back to mine. Wish I'd expanded better on my thoughts and answered the questions better. Pretty rare that someone gets it right the first time they ever do something and we're very self critical. I'm sure I'll think your episode was better than you do. Same thing happened to me with mine

Solid day of structure, 8 hours of sleep then straight into your stack with test e, modafinil, n2guard, fish oil, multis and whey sets you up right. Food intake is massive, 2lbs of 85/15 beef raw with yogurt, berries, honey, burritos, trail mix, and quesadillas is serious bulk fuel. Double whey servings keep protein high, and evening n2guard with gh thats hot! Training plus that commute shows the discipline is locked in. :D
The EVO podcast will be awesome!

@toddthelineman man you’re looking really lean and that food looks awesome. You can definitely tell it’s doing what it’s supposed to keep up the great work.

Poor sleep last night. Went barefooting this morning. Second day trying MOTS-C. Seems to have zero effect.

I did I ate every single one of them
I made them for a party but I messed up and used thick bacon, so the bottoms wouldn’t cook and I gave up. Later I cooked them on a skillet to get the bottoms cooked and I ate all of them. It was a huuge pack of thick bacon. Like three pounds, two pounds of cream cheese, a bunch of cheddar. Several thousand calories I’m sure. Maybe 10k. Maybe more 🤷‍♂️

I forgot to add my little Umbrella Labs touchdown.

I’ve had significant lethargy lately, I’m able to power through it for work but as soon as my obligations are met I am shutting down. I think it’s mental. Stress, also when I false started my bulk I added deca and only got it in about three weeks or so before I could feel my mood drop. Since work completely took over my life for about five weeks there, I decided to abandon the cycle, but the low mood and energy is lingering and circumstances in my life are also a factor.

I decided to try MOTS-C to hopefully put some pep in my step and I decided to run out the serostim I’ve got laying around because it makes me feel good and I STILL have lingering irritation in my left bicep. I’d really like to start curling again because my arms are a really good feature of my physique and they respond and grow very noticeably. I haven’t trained arms in years because they got so big it was messing up my sport. Not bodybuilder huge, of course, but on my slight build I struggled to bring my hand close enough to my shoulder and when I carried girls with short legs on my shoulders I could barely hold my handle without my arms going numb.

Also restocked TB500 and BPC500, and revisiting my old friend GHK-CU. I’m not deploying these yet.

I’ve tried 400mcg, then 800mcg, and today am going up to 1200mcg MOTS-C. So far, I’m getting nothing. I could sleep all day.

Also picked up some injectable glutathione. I had had some really great results from it from a different source, years ago. Most of your liver support supplements are a round about way of increasing glutathione in your body, so in theory injecting it can be really effective for liver issues and it makes your skin look really good.

I think when my podcast episode drops I’ll want to start a thread on that. I was really distracted and didn’t get out very many fully formed thoughts hahahaha, so I want to expand a lot on what I did say.

Back in mad scientist mode I see. I love it!

Yeah it's tough thinking optimally when you're in the hot seat on the podcast. I think everyone looks back and wishes they expanded more on their ideas, or said something smarter lol. It's only human
