Approved Log Stage prep cycle - test e, tren e, winstrol and clen - by UGL OZ

Update post comp .. body in full retardism now trying to recover. Sit down for 10 mins fall asleep for half hour. Have have the niggley annoying as a blue balls headache since dropping orals and oils
Pin today of .5ml sus hopefully sorts that hormone flux out and pisses off the headache

Sit down today and do next 8 weeks recover nutrition with high focus on both high gi and low gi carbs whilst body still very sensitive to them keep protein medium and fats low for the 8 weeks

We up now to 96.1kg so fluid gain of 8kg in the 4 days just focusing on rehydration and full glycogen and glucagon replenishment

8 weeks training with being pretty moderate/ intense on certain day ie leg days will be extremely high output just to keep cns use to having to work

We will run 10iu morning of slow release basal insulin x with post workout 10iu novorapid and force that little bit of protein in around training with some high fats around post workout aswell for glucagon replenishment

We staying with 30 mins slow slow treadmill fastened am just to keep metabolism on point for the extra food 2 pics one of 2 days before comp and one of morning of comp .. todays fastened pics

Update loving loving this rebound fastened weight today was 99.6kg so we up 11 kg with most being intramuscular fluids and a little extra muscular but very happy with current look..

Meals are in pics
1st meal 100grms oats
40 grms nutrigrain
30grms whey isolate
10grms Manuka honey
100grms banana

8ius novorapid ( this is preworkout as well)

Post workout 2nd meal
40grms cor
50grms strawberries
15grms peanut butter
30 grms whey isolate
Brioche bagel x1
10 grms cream cheese
20grms strawberry jam

3rd meal
100grms (raw weight) jasmine rice
125grms (raw weight) chicken breast
1grms salt


Back workout

2 sets of wide lat pull downs @ 100kg / 15reps

2 sets
Cable rows @ 80kg /15reps

2x sets single arm rows (machine) 120kg per side 15 reps

2 x sets
Rack pulls @ 170kg 10reps

Close grip attachment pull downs @ 70kg 12 reps 2 sets

Wake up was 3 am

Current ped is UGLOZ sustanon 250 at 0.5ml every 3rd day

That’s a big setup with Team UGL OZ behind you, no wonder you’re feeling locked in.
Macros are high and clean post comp which explains why you’re holding condition while still pushing food, and the sus/arimidex combo looks balanced for where you’re at. Slin protocol makes sense, just let your body settle into the carb load before upping the slow release too fast, and the berberine plus chromium will help keep that sensitivity in check.
With the structure and coaching you’ve got now, the pro card is just a matter of time and consistency. :D
 
That’s it my brother from another
So another quick little one so this has been playing on my mind since my first comp and hearing my “look” isn’t very appealing for representation of orgainiations
That being said I know it’s my face tattoos and we’re very meaningful to me at the time the one across my forehead was for my 22 year old brother from another who took his own life
And couple ones a without saying what they are but to try and give my absolute all and best shot of becoming something in this sport I’ve decided this year before comp to have them removed not only for myself but to give us the best chance at zero politics coming into it 💪💪💪

I found myself with @UGL OZ and competing and I finally can say it is what I’m meant to do whether it be doing well at it or being in it to help lift future competitors up I have to give it 💯 so here’s to another step for our future @UGL OZ @UGL OZ Support Rep

Current physique my guys in for a massive offseason while holding tight really finding the addition of Berberine and chromium doing me absolute wonders

98.6kg today runnning
600carba 100 fats 295 protein

Will readjust with work starting next week and being physical will need some more lower gi carbs sources 💪💪

Training at low volume last 3 days is insane different but I’m literally sore from it so obviously shocking the body well

Back was simple as
Lat pull downs @ stack 100kg 20 reps
2 sets
Cable rows@ 100 kg 15 reps
2 sets
Machine rows at 125 kg each side 12 reps

Hamstrings seated curls @ 80 kg 20 reps 2 sets
Stiff legged dead’s @ 180kg 15 reps
Walking lunges @ 80 kg 20 reps
2 sets Stiff legged

Macros for now wil stay @ 600 carbs / 100 fats 300protein

But with starting concreting starting Tuesday common sense is I’ll drop a fair bit of high gi carbs (rice , cream of rice and honey,jam) for a lot more low gi go back to kumura( sweet potatoes) for work nutrition to keep

Brother i wanna say thank to you and team @UGL OZ for such an awesome log and journey to follow, as i said before this has been the most engaging log i have followed since being on evo. It wasnt just updates from workouts it was a proper transparent journey and thats what gave it so much value. Will just stay in this cruise/rehab phase which is actually prob even better than my previous offseason

Continue to run the UGLOZ Sustanon 250 @ 0.5ml/125mg every 3rd day until instructed when to bump up

And another 3 arimidex @1mg every 3rd day then pull back to 1mg per week through

Macros for now wil stay @ 600 carbs / 100 fats 300protein

But with starting concreting starting Tuesday common sense is I’ll drop a fair bit of high gi carbs (rice , cream of rice and honey,jam) for a lot more low gi go back to kumura( sweet potatoes) for work nutrition to keep
Energy throughout working day and fueled 💪💪💪💚💚💚🎃🎃🎃
