Big leg press set with 187.5 kg for 21 shows your engine is strong, and 65 kg smith squats after that keep the pattern solid without blowing the knees up. High rep curls and extensions balance out the press, and calves at 137.5 kg for 25 is serious work.

Dinner with chicken and rice puts macros right in line for recovery, though I want to see more macros :D

Good adjustment dropping weight to fix form, that will pay off long term. The 75 kg Smith squat for 7 is a solid anchor so keep it there until you can cleanly hit 9 then add 2.5 kg. Leg press at 135 kg for 30 shows good endurance so next session aim for 20 controlled reps with slightly heavier load to build power. You might be able to up the reps :D and your BP is gold!

Nice upper session with solid volume and clean top-end work across every press and pull. The 102.5 kg pulldown and 85 kg cable bench show strong upper-back and chest output, so keep load steady another week before adding 2.5–5 kg jumps.

For arms, 15 kg curls and 55 kg pushdowns give plenty of tension for high reps, so just slow the negatives to extend time under load. Keep tracking blood pressure and glucose like you are since it ties directly into recovery and how you handle heavier training weeks.

Meals look clean and tasty in the pics. Lower day volume is strong so keep smith squats at 75 kg for 3x8-10 and leg press at 140 kg for 2x25-30 to keep density high.

Hamstring work is solid so hold 56 kg curls for 3x20-25 and add 1 more calf raise set at 110 kg for 3x20 to finish strong.

Good afternoon session. Reverse hack 70 kg x 20 and extensions hit legs hard.

Chest and back combo finished strong with 70 kg press!
 
Still going, it’s been a rough month but things are getting a lot better, the no sleep issue is finally getting better ,thank fuck 😂
Had some bloods taken a few days ago, I’ll reassess after that.

Real good ,few lipid markers out of whack, but everything else is perfect.. I’ve upped my zone 2 cardio ,added in citrus bergamot and epa/dha krill oil ,so this should help with the cholesterol issues.

glucose is fine
SHGB 8 (has been for months) e2 upper range ,free t + total t both high ,I wasn’t worried about hormones, they’ve stayed the same for months ,more interested in hematocrit ,lipids ,iron and liver studies, which have never been better despite my PED usage (lipids need work which I’m focussing on )
