I transitioned into bodybuilding two years ago after tearing the cartilage in my right knee during my powerlifting off-season. What started as a setback turned into a whole new passion.
In September, I hit the stage for my first bodybuilding show and placed 4th
Now I’m getting ready to bring an even better package in 2026 — proud to be sponsored by @UGL OZ and coached by @coach R.AP for the past four weeks.

Weight: 85kg
Height: 168.8cm/ 5’6
Currently going through a reverse phase.
My Training days if this block consist of:
Back Complete
Chest / Shoulders
Legs - hammies + biceps
Upper / Triceps
Legs - Quads + Abs
Macros at the moment:
201p 170.9c 45.4f 1927c
Meals consist of:
Rice & Honey, oats/blueberries/kiwi fruit/Avocado & whey protein, barramundi/potato/aspsragus/pineapple & beetroot, barramund/veg again, Turkey/potato/red capsicum/ green beans/ Macadamia nuts, Yogurt/why protein.
Current Peds:
20mg Test E daily
10mg EQ daily
2iu HGH 2x daily
I’m type 1 diabetic, so I use insulin for all meals and a long-acting shot before bed.
Novorapid daily
Levemir before bed
The plan is to go through a few building blocks before my next show.
