I think your meal list is very impressive. I haven't seen anyone eat kiwi in a long time. And avocado is one of the best bodybuilding foods that not enough people eat. @Katsumi

Lightweights now baby! I've had 3 herniated discs over the decades, nice and easy for me now. That said, a 20 rep set of light weight vreather squats will kick your ass AND save your back!

Haha absolutely! Those high-rep squats are brutal in the best way. Smart training is the name of the game, longevity over ego lifting!

its a lack of desire to educate ones self. a lot of people are like that. i would spend my entire summer break as a kid growing up in the library reading books while other kids were jerking around and getting into trouble. there is a huge knowledge gap especially among males in 2025.

@Katsumi i can't stand my bday and i ignore it as much as i can. its just another day for me. i could not care less and it upsets people but its the truth. holidays in general for me are just a day to catch up on work or maybe go fishing if the conditions are good.

yeah i get it. i dated a girl in my 20's who got super upset cause i didn't care it was her bday. her reasoning was "a girl wants to feel special" i had no clue how important it is to some people and i respect that.

Lol your lady get mad too cuz you don't give a damn? My wife always gets mad at me when I say who cares. I think once you're over like 25, or especially 30, it's nothing to celebrate if you're a man. Women deserve to be celebrated but us, it's just another year closer to our inevitable demise lol. Don't wanna be reminded of that.

Well being a female bodybuilder and losing a significant amount of weight especially body fat my breasts have shrunk a lot, because they are mainly made up of fatty tissue and glandular tissue when I drop weight for show/stage it has made my breasts look smaller, less full and saggier. Amazing what you're accomplishing as a type one diabetic. It's a definitely a tough disease that you have no control over. So I give you a lot of props for that. You're not letting it getting in the way. @Katsumi

So I had surgery yesterday, I’m fine at home recovering. It was a planned procedure that I’ve wanted to get for around 2 years now.
I got breast implants why?? Well being a female bodybuilder and losing a significant amount of weight especially body fat my breasts have shrunk a lot, because they are mainly made up of fatty tissue and glandular tissue when I drop weight for show/stage it has made my breasts look smaller, less full and saggier. As a woman I still want to feel feminine and confident with my body and having breasts that look and feel good to me is part of that.
I didn’t go big (340cc high end of a C cup) as I still want to be able to present all my hard work I’ve done in building my chest muscles and I’ve gone with going under the muscle which is called Submusculsr where the implant is placed beneath the pectoralis major muscle in the chest. I still want my girls to look natural.

Good for you sister happy to hear it all went well. My wife had quite decent chesticles and they lost a little life after 2 kids also, it doesn't bother me one bit though i love them no matter what they look like lol, and now she is even deeper into her training and really leaning out for summer she is noticing it a lot more. It is something she will be getting done early next year. So even though im not getting them personally i do understand where your coming from 😄

Chesticles 🤣 first time hearing them be called chesticles that’s gold!! It’s a big decision and also costly but she is going to love them when she dose get them done.
