Hi all, looking to do my first cycle soon, most of my research was originally built from swoles guide but seems to be fairly old now (ukmuscle)
then followed by reddit which seemed a newer set of "basic" beginner steps etc and thus why test e only was chosen, now I've only just discovered EVO which you guys look far far friendlier!
Just turned 40, 6ft, 95kg, have been on and off gym for years but now I'm finally a bit more settled in life/can afford to actually buy supplements etc,
As of recently (last 6-8months only just got back into the gym) I have been running almost consistantly PPLPP or PPLUL (Depending on my work schedule, its been roughed up recently as wednesday I'm now in the office) (roughly 45-1h per session then I end each session with an additional 30min incline treadmill walk) (in summer I'll likely be walking to the gym and back (30mins each way).
Goal is to build up from my tiny frame/get a bigger chest as I'm kinda sick of being this small forever, the classic lower body fat ring but I don't mind so much if I'm wanting to bulk up/I can always cut later (being christmas almost its not that time..)
hitting roughly 200g of protein per day (usually bumped by a shake if I need it)
Sleep is hit and miss but I'm working on it (Imagine ill have to buy a new mattress to fix it)
So the "plan" so far
Week 1-13
Test E 500mg every monday
AROMASIN
Dose: 6.25mg–12.5mg on pin days (starting lower end)
(Since I've never done this my only details are to "bump" this up if you begin to feel puffy nipples)
Week 14-16
Test E
HCG - 1000iu (500iu Monday + Thursday).
Week 17-19
HCG - 1000iu (500iu Monday + Thursday.
Week 20-25
Nolvadex/Tamoxifen 20mg daily.
Routine Ive been running (Ignore the comments on the right mostly) (This table is butchered when in the preview! lemmy fix)
I'll add a picture when I can, now you guys can rip apart the above and tell me what I absolutely have gotten wrong! I've no doubt some might say either "you're not ready" or "stick it for another year or two then do it" but no matter what at this point in life/age honestly, I'm just gonna do it and see what results I get. I'd obviously rather get some super good advice from you guys and go through the process with you guys rather than on my own.
