I'm trying to bulk right now for the first time. I've never been ok with losing my leaness but I see now it's a necessary evil if I want to grow. I think I'm will to push to maybe 13-15% BF, til basically my abs are blurred. Then I'll shut it down.

What are your thoughts on bulking in the in this regard?

I think you could be leaner, the reason you lose your ab sharpness etc is because you started too fat, you should get to almost stage condition THEN start a improvement phase, at no point should you lose your lines etc, we dont need big surplus to grow, with that in mind, your training is your stimulus, sleep/rest is when you grow, forcing extra calories down does NOTHING but make you fatter quicker :)

I've added GH and deca for my joints since and my fluid retention is definitely up some so not sure where my BF lies currently. I also had a run of antibiotics a month ago which had me holding water like crazy. So I'm only guessing where I'm at currently.

Absolutely, bodyfat shouldnt increase very much if at all when gaining, ive maintained near stage conditioning and put on 13kg (some glycogen ofcourse) weight gain weekly needs to be minimal in long offseason stretches

Weight is just dropping off, thanks to @HeliosLabs slu, cardio and general activity has been effortless and therefore my output remains high!

Rest day today, boxing stairmaster off as we speak, the hit the streets for 25 mins on a walk, then abs, stretch and meal 1

Crazy that ill be 16 weeks out this weekend already!

Will post some rest day eats for you all!

Max ive even done on anadrol is 4 weeks. Smart using in short bursts
All that was needed! Drugs to me are as needed, ill use less if i simply dont need them, too much reliance on PEDS nowadays

Sure pushing for new size youll needa go heavy and hard but dieting meh

60 steps/min is effortless atm for me so i may bump up to the next level, well see, as bodyweight comes down in prep i definately will but atm im also priorotising training so dont want anything too taxing, save the really hard cardio for when its needed
