We have a little Bichon x mini poodle too but she’s wouldn’t get up to come she’s an old girl but she bosses those bulldogs around. The other bullies are two that we lost earlier this year aged 12, bless their little hearts ♥️

We have a little Bichon x mini poodle too but she’s wouldn’t get up to come she’s an old girl but she bosses those bulldogs around. The other bullies are two that we lost earlier this year aged 12, bless their little hearts ♥️

The little ones are always the meanest and bossiest lol. I'm gonna be dog sitting a brothers little Shiba Inu and she runs this house when she gets here. I have 2 55-65lbs GSP mixes and they do whatever she tells them too do lol.

Think it might be a male female thing too
 
Guys so week 3, definitely feel like I’m getting leaner now. I think I said hello to ab 5 last night during my core workout however so it’s going in the right direction.

Left knee is causing a problem it’s not stopping me from training legs it’s just not stopping me from training legs it’s just not letting me train them how I want to, son it’s going to be rep work for me now I think

Have you tried running healing peptides like bpc157 and tb500 before?

My one dog is an evil genius, and the other one is a giant dope. Pretty funny watching the smart one manipulate the dumb one LOL. The dumb one is bigger and stronger though so he usually just solves everything with violence haha.

Haha classic combo, the brain and the brawn. Smart one pulls the strings until the big dope decides brute force is easier. Makes for good entertainment watching them figure each other out like siblings. :P

Hey my fellow brothers I need help, so I’m now nearly 4 weeks in and I feel like I’m getting worse.

Food prep is still good, zero cheat meals training is great.

Tonight my last working set was 350lb bench for 8 reps so the strength is still there even through I’m at a deficit unless I’m just seeing things.

Not fishing for compliments just need to know if I’m missing something any help much appreciated

Hey my fellow brothers I need help, so I’m now nearly 4 weeks in and I feel like I’m getting worse.

Food prep is still good, zero cheat meals training is great.

Tonight my last working set was 350lb bench for 8 reps so the strength is still there even through I’m at a deficit unless I’m just seeing things.

Not fishing for compliments just need to know if I’m missing something any help much appreciated
You’re not missing anything, you’re just feeling the drag from being locked in for 4 weeks with no cheats and running a deficit. Strength holding at 350lbs for 8 proves you’re not going backwards, most guys would be dropping by now. Prep plays tricks on your head, but the numbers and consistency in your food say you’re still on track. I would like to see more of your meals if you can :D

As an outsider looking in you're doing an amazing job! Super strong, food on point, great training. Your update pics are awesome. You look like you're leaning out a bit but you look bigger across the shoulders. Might be your waistline coming in playing tricks on my eyes, but you have definitely have a better V taper going on.

You got me confused lol. I can't think of anything bad or worse. You're doing a top notch job

The meals pretty much stay the same, I’ve opted for tuna this week over the cod as that was like licking white dog shit.

I have to keep the meals simple as my day starts typically at 4am and can go right through til 6pm or even later.

My fluids are are good around 5-6 litres pd.
I’ve added zinc and high concentration of Vit C.

Them pumps I’m getting now are unreal

I mean I don’t use the scales to check on I go purely on looks but I guess a lot of BB have this.
Yea all of us think the exact same way. It's what keeps us chasing gains in the gym so it's probably a net positive at the end of the day.

Your vascularity can vary so much day to day, gym session to session. How much of a pump did you get, how hydrated are you, what did you eat, so on and so on. Don't judge yourself based on that cuz you'll go mad lol.

You're super wide up top and the waist is really coming in. You already got that really nice v taper that most of us are chasing.

Tuna swap makes sense, way easier to eat than choking down cod and still keeps protein high. Long days starting 4am and running past 6pm means simple meals are the only way to stay consistent, so you’re doing it right. Water at 5 to 6 liters plus zinc and Vit C will keep you tight, and if the pumps are hitting harder now it shows the diet and training are lining up well.

Bro this has taken years off me, I’d come home from work to hod a 1000 bricks just to save money but it’s a real piece of us, we designed it from the ground up.

I will of course post some pictures I have a small demolition job to at the front first so once it’s clear I’ll get snapping

When I did my first log, that was the first time I tracked my food somewhat consistently and I remember feeling sort of how you describe. I felt like I was going backwards, but I wasn’t cutting I was just tracking and lifting and wound up trying to eat more protein everyday instead of binge and bust cycles. It wasn’t until towards the end when I took some better pics that I could really see, and even still I couldn’t see it then, but looking back now I was on a roll! I was looking pretty good! And I see progress in you for sure. If you wanted to give yourself a little affirmation, you could have a high carb cheat day and I’ll bet your arms would be trying to burst your skin hahaha. Other than that it’s only been four weeks, you’re killing it.

Hmm they might have ways of knowing. Or there might be programs that determine if someone a bit.
