I dont think this vendor was a scammer, he didnt have loggers.
@Eddie Haskell banned a lab in 12 minutes today, I would think as far as forums and groups go this is the safest and most controlled one I know of.

If you stick to approved vendors and their official contact methods - you WILL NOT be scammed.
