PCT after long term TRT

Hey all! I’m new here and I’ve gotta say this is one of the nicest/kindest forums for information and questions of come across.

I’ve been on TRT for upwards of 3 years now. I intentionally took advantage of the system by purposely making my Testosterone levels low for each time I was given bloodwork. BOOM! Prescription test. (Do not recommend, took way too long).

I’ve had my fun, done a few blasts. But as the wedding date comes sooner, the main thing on my mind is getting my nards back in order for kids!

Here’s what I currently have for my PCT. I should add that I have enclomiphine and planning on getting some hMG (depending on what you fellas advise).

Start 6 weeks before PCT (SERM/Nolvadex) 10mg/Day

Get bloodwork FSH LH TEST FREE TEST, and E.

Weeks 6-4: hCG 1000 IU 3x a week (3000 a week)

(M/W/F)

Weeks 3-1: hCG 350 IU 3x a week (~1000 a week)

(-325 MWF)

Total HCG needed (12,000 IU so 3 vials of 5000)

Week 0: Stop HCG & Start SERM

I understand if this doesn’t make any sense to anyone. Im pretty lacklustre in this information, even with doing my research, my comprehension on PCT is something I’ve struggled with.

I have aromasin on hand as well, but I shouldn’t need that if I’ll already be taking enclo daily no?

Thanks ahead of time everyone!

@BigTark welcome to the EVO family :D happy to have you, and we are nice, we are a love forums no judgement.

To start this, why do you want to get on PCT? Generally speaking guys going from TRT to PCT suffer badly, both physically and emotionally. This is a huge step and I wouldn't recommend it unless VERY needed, like a health issue.

Please share with us your reasons for this pct.

You can see @CypherOCE is doing a fertility log and it's hard for him already -

i'm sorry for the bad news but being on for 3 years and coming off your chance of success is quite remote. but the first thing you should do is get bloods and fertility done. that is what we need to see.

Ideally you’ll want nova and clomid with HCG.

40/20 dose wise

You’ll also definitely need the HCG/HMG combo if you’ve been on for that long.

Nothing is impossible, always worth trying to reboot the system.

Further this,

I’d suggest

Waiting a month for everything to clear your system before you start PCT.

Message me if you have any questions 🦾

@BigTark HCG isn't always the best option for fertility. its more of a last resort. if you do try this out you need fertility graph to see what is working

@BigTark bro i got 18 kids. i didn't take any of that shit. all i did was bang lots of women frequently, eat lots of red meat and slam tren.

So here's that wake up call all too many need (it's becoming a 'thing' we've covered a bunch of times) - TRT is typically for life. You've described going out of your way to get low readings and get prescription test. That wouldn't be so bad if it was used on cycle (not actually necessary when they are great sources but whatever) but you then went ahead and used it for actual TRT. For three years. Plus 'blasts'.

You rolled the dice big time. Chances are you may well have damaged your fertility permanently.

Now if, and it's a BIG IF, there's any chance of seeing sperm production kicking off in any useful kind of way, I'm not seeing 6 weeks of PCT as cutting it. Not when it's been 156 weeks of being on.

there are a million fertility and pct programs out there. the truth is clomid has been shown to be great with both

Why

I have successfully had 2 kids first one I came off and brought back fertility and second I did whilst in trt easily done, I’ve helped quite a few do the same
If you’re wanting to come off and PCT I’d come off cold turkey wait 4-6 weeks and get blood work done and implement HCG/HMG based on your results

Being on that log I’d say your chances are very slim

@BigTark would love to hear where things sit for you a few months on?
What route did you go down and what were/ have been the outcomes?
Being on that log I’d say your chances are very slim

Hey everyone! I appreciate the responses and inputs you all contributed.

Finally remembered to give out an update (apologies).

With it now being February of 2026, it has been 6-7 months since my original post. I have gotten all bloods and as well as a semen analysis done.

My levels were astonishingly surprising. I may be a one off case study being lucky. I ended up just slowly tapering off, my last TRT dose was that July.

My natural test levels went back to normal, and sperm count is decent for medications I’ve been on.

The main impact on my sperm motility and morphology was an anticonvulsant medication I had been on for 15 years, only switching last year. So I hope to see further improvement.

Not sure what else to add to hear except if anyone has any questions, or when baby Tark starts baking!

This is good news bro and you seem like an exception for sure.

Oh, and welcome back I really hope you stick around. Your data and the details may be able to help others on here with fertility. If you are interested starting up a fertility log that's okay but please do stick around and keep us updated. This is great ongoing info for others with fertility logs.

A great outcome - lucky guy, alot of us need alot of external help through hmg and hcg etc. However being off since july - I think patience and time plays a big part

Hey everyone!

Good news! :) we’re due in December!

I’ll be creating a more official and “clean” log to provide to the forums.

I have no further sperm analysis testing done, however I made quite a lifestyle change in the past year ish with various supplements, switching to all organic foods, no teflon, reverse osmosis water, natural dish/laundry/all surface/hand/body/floor soaps and cleaners. No candles, only essential oil diffusers around the house. The Bryan Johnson method of ice on the balls in the sauna to preserve function and quality while eliminating microplastics.

Whether or not these changes we’ve made contributed? Can’t say for sure. But I do know that it made for much healthier sperm. While I spend time making a proper log, shoot any questions or info you think I should include!

Thanks fellas. Still in the first trimester so wish us luck!

Man I've never read about someone taking care of their junk like you do, well done haha!

This is next level, now if I see someone come into the sauna and do this I won't punch him out if he makes eye contact with me by accident :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
