Nice TD bro!! 🔥🔥 labelling and branding of his products are top tier!

@Infinity Labs still checks in with me to see how my fitness goals are tracking! Sorted the Mrs with some products also. Never an issue. Always friendly and willing to assist.

Nice to see your still fully looked after. That’s commitment if I’ve ever see 👌👌👌

Looking good brother @Bigdan85 💪💪 keep it up. Will be following your log updates 🤜🤛

@Bigdan85 plantar fasciitis is a big issue. I had that back when I was a runner. Try and stay off hard surfaces; that's the killer.

Brother - the fact you continue to show up each day and do what you can is motivation for the whole community 🔥 🔥

Many take the easy way out or use an injury for an excuse to get lazy..

Love seeing this! Should be proud of yourself 💯💪

Apart from the frustation how do you feel it went?
The leg work was fine obviously no hip movement involved so that’s still twinging a bit for pulling something the other week seems to be a ongoing battle atm hoping with @Peptilia peptides I can recover whilst working and training sensibly in that area but always have loved lifting heavy as possible lmao so that’s a mental challenge alone differing from that mindset

Bros, if you got issues with your feet, you should look into shoes. Have you seen a foot doctor about it? Maybe they can suggest something. @Bigdan85

Nice job on the seated hamstrings. @Bigdan85 the quads also look fantastic and I like the plantar fasciitis update. Just keep an eye on that. You don't want your foot to stretch underneath it.

@Bigdan85 this is a good layout right here. You did what you can. Just won't put too much pressure on your foot. Otherwise it will never heal.

Nice workouts and extra torture on the paused leg extensions love it!

Are you still slamming the biltong jerky? I so want some!

Smart move getting collagen in and broth too.

Your physique looks like a bubbly freaky dense mass of muscle bro, can you remind me of your cycle? It's working for you!

Would be ok to do whole dose before bed I missed the morning one yesterday bro due getting up late
Yeah be fine mate, i actually find for myself personally using before bed works better then doing in the morning, especially if i have been busy through out the day and my neck and back are sore. Notice i sleep more comfortable and dont toss and turn as much throughtout the night
