Amazing story brother with over 2 years of dedication. This is quite the journey including the fuckery the Aussie puts you through just for TRT.

My test came back at 20ng/dl and I had to fight to get onto trt, mind you this is post REC sobriety, and drinking had been dropped to one binge a month at that point down from an average of 12standards(shots) a day. Drinking continued to peater downwards until that first cycle where I only had one day I drank (my dirty 30th) and I felt like my liver was dying the next few days.

Since then I think I've had 5 drinks, but I make sure to do a shit tone of steps the following day and throw myself in a sauna
 
Morning guys, just wanted to post this up basically breaking down my journey so far

Basically 2 years before my time in the gym started is when I started my legit trt here in Australia. Over that year they made me jump through so many hoops.

My second year on trt. Is when I went underground after being introduced to @UGL OZ. The trt continued up until my dirty cut that is listed below.

My first cycle was during my dirty bulk.
Which consisted of
• 400 test e split into 2 injections
•400 mast e split into 2 injections
• 50 anadrol first 4 weeks daily
• 20mg Anavar last 4 weeks daily

Cut 1 was essentialy trt and clen

My first exposure to growth hormone came at the start of cut 2 where it has been in ever since.

The goal for this current cut is to lean out to give me a good runway for a long build phase.

Goals looking ahead:
• lean enough for a long sustained growth
•season c 2027 here in Australia for my first competition season.( at this strange im thinking about throwing it out there between 3 federations, PCA, NABBA, IFBBproLEAGUE) and if I enjoy it or hate the stage that will determine if I remain competitive or just be a lifestyle bodybuilder.


Looking back:
• I know I started cycling very early in my journey. The main reason is because when my interest in bodybuilding peeked (which is when I did my dirty cut). I had been told that since I'm on trt I CAN NOT COMPETE AS A NATURAL. So I went fuck it we ball.

That's great you're able to keep the alcohol in check brother. In AA we call that a type 2 drinker, someone that used to drink a lot who can then all but quit on their own volition and power. I'm a type 3 and through and through alcoholic, I've been sober coming up on 5 years and if I touch another drink I'm fucked. My kids play this game with me now where they try and come up with scenarios in which I would have a drink and it's become fun because there literally is no scenario anymore, even stranded on planet earth alone (one of their scenarios) LOL.

I've got nothing against haveing one here or there, but I want there to be a reason, a wedding, something important to justify it. Fuck if my other half (she is a natural bodybuilder) wins her pro card this year in bikini for NBA if she has one after the show I'll have one with her. But even then the next day will be steps or cardio and sauna to clear the body🖤

I never did rehab, NA, or AA it was all just will power my one bad habit is nicotine. But my next attempt at quitting that is when this cut ends so I can afford the cortisol and stress spike that will come with that

A myo rep is basically a set where you start to struggle around #15 you rest for 10 seconds then pump another 5 rest for 10 and repeat until you can not hit your desired mini set range
 
The squat weight depended on if it was hack, pendulum or another squat machine,

That was my leg day I never made it through it with out throwing up 😅😅
no throwing up is the right way :D
 
That weight increase as the first big milestone goal will have me around the same sizing roughly as @R.AP close the the weight cap for classic for my height

Clen was started on the 6th at 20mcg
Clen was increased to 40mcg on the 10th.


Now with all of that in mind and my overall cycle, here's the context and reasoning.

The cycle design its self, test mast and tren during a cut is essentially a mock contest prep cycle. Some of you may be looking at it and going that's a fair bit for someone of his size, but as we all know it is individual dependant.

That way I have experiences with say tren before I push to the extreme and prep next year. So I know and understand how it works with my body.

The overall cycle:
Mast is 250 for 4 weeks, 300 for 6.6weeks
Tren is 70 for 3 weeks, 140 for 4 weeks
With this set up I brought mast in 1 week before the tren and it will remain in for 2 after the tren finishes.


After that point I will be going into a health phase. Where for me personally. TRT is 200mg where as HRT(yes they are different) is 230-250mg, the reason trt and hrt is different is to have my e2 optimal in relation to my gh use.

My HRT (test and gh) will remain stacked with mito peps and klow from @War Born Peptides for the foresee able future.👀

This log in its self will more then likely end and a new one will begin with my next push after the reverse and hrt phase🖤

Honestly don't think you need the clen at all since you're using the retatrutide. Clen is just a nasty drug. I don't like it at all. @Demon_throne

I'll keep that in mind bro, what I have clen wise is left over from a previous cut, I think there's about a week left of it at 40mcg wasn't planning to buy any more either.

Small toxic trait left over from my junkie days is I hate throwing shit away I paid for I would rather use it. Shit way to look at things I know but it's a lingering trait from back then

Clen was started on the 6th at 20mcg
Clen was increased to 40mcg on the 10th.


Now with all of that in mind and my overall cycle, here's the context and reasoning.

The cycle design its self, test mast and tren during a cut is essentially a mock contest prep cycle. Some of you may be looking at it and going that's a fair bit for someone of his size, but as we all know it is individual dependant.

That way I have experiences with say tren before I push to the extreme and prep next year. So I know and understand how it works with my body.

The overall cycle:
Mast is 250 for 4 weeks, 300 for 6.6weeks
Tren is 70 for 3 weeks, 140 for 4 weeks
With this set up I brought mast in 1 week before the tren and it will remain in for 2 after the tren finishes.


After that point I will be going into a health phase. Where for me personally. TRT is 200mg where as HRT(yes they are different) is 230-250mg, the reason trt and hrt is different is to have my e2 optimal in relation to my gh use.

My HRT (test and gh) will remain stacked with mito peps and klow from @War Born Peptides for the foresee able future.👀

This log in its self will more then likely end and a new one will begin with my next push after the reverse and hrt phase🖤

Thanks man, I did the cut this way so I've done half with out "aids" and finishing of strong with them so I'm not using them as a crutch I put in the work to get it off they are just here to help push the needle further. I like the analogy that I am using them in the say way that people get turning done in their sports car. Was working great now it purrs like a kitten

Little update to start the day. Followed by a gym log one later on.

Fat loss aids are in full swing.

Mb has been to 10mg as of today
Slu has been started as of today at 1000mcg
Mots c started Wednesday at 2mg
Reta was started on the 7th at 1mg

Weighing in at 77kg way less muscle then I have now with way more fat compared to now (tho I am on my way to 3kg lighter in total compared to this photo) this was the end of "cut 2 if you refer back to my chart on here"

Yeah cruise ish... plan is 250 test 5iu gh and mito alongside maintanace/reverse roughly kicking off end of march (that's the 10 week point for mast and tren will be out before then) the next phase at a min will run for 6 weeks while planning and getting supply's needed for the next push up/ growth/blast that next cycle won't be started if blood works bad or off it will be delayed

As high as your body positively allows is where you want your estrogen anyway brother. Its only 'high' relative to test levels regardless. If test is high e2 will be higher as our bodies reach for homeostasis. Added potent neurological protection, the quality in which our muscles develope after testosterone being the main driver for growth and the most important is the effects on igf1 levels.

I’m still adjusting to the lower top-end volume, but honestly everything feels great. I’m viewing the work more as quality pump work (the feeder sets) I've also realised on some things with my old high volume approach I was holding myself back, an example is my DB bicep curls, because in my head it was" I have 3 sets and this is my rep range" now it's balls to the wall one all out set and it’s paying off.

This is already the leanest and biggest I’ve ever been, and with another 4–6 weeks from this point, I honestly expect to look like a completely different person again.



Final notes

Recovery has been drastically improved, using KLOW as part of my pre bed routine as part of my recovery protocol I believe is helping. Klow, gh and melatonin pre bed honestly feels like a game changer overnight.



I also had the pleasure of recording my podcast episode with @Mobster and @stevesmi . Appreciate you boys for letting me tell my story that lead me to changing my life. I hope it dose end up helping someone who is in need somewhere in the world

If the trends keep up I will be sub 10% which will then leans itself to me behind able to over each blast between now and next comp 2-3% bf to play with mini cut with health phases and heading into prep in 14months time up 8kg at around 10%bf

Hey mate great update. The lower volume works great, 1-2 working sets can be super effective when pushed hard.

Can I ask what made you land on hitting 14g sodium and 8g potassium, and how are you managing to get so much in?

With both clen and tren in the mix they are taxing on your electrolites, it's all from my food, coconut water, hydration/eaa's and my added salt to meals ( sodium is rough because I don't weigh salt per meal) but I averaged how long my salt lasted me by how many meals. If you want I can break it down later on about to go hit abs and cardio 💪

No need to work it all out brother it’s a head fuck calculating all this stuff as it is 😂 Good to see how you are doing it. Ive been using the following-
Hydration salts from Bulk nutrients, which = 1g sodium, 0.3G potass and 0.2mg mag.

DIY mix of sugar free free diet rite, iodised salt (for sodium) and heart salt (for potassium) and 1L of water.

I’ll probs finish the bulk nutrients and just start mixing more of my own up.
The diy mix is good because you can mix up specifically for what you need.
 
I salt all meals roughly 3/4 table spoon 1L coconut water, spinach very nutrient dence foods I just plugged it into ai and said break it down here you goView attachment 183448

I run and work things out by myself/ with gains then problem check with ai like "hey am I missing any micros from diet?"
not sure about this answer, but 9 grams of potassium a bit hard to get

I’m viewing the work more as quality pump work (the feeder sets) I've also realised on some things with my old high volume approach I was holding myself back, an example is my DB bicep curls, because in my head it was" I have 3 sets and this is my rep range" now it's balls to the wall one all out set and it’s paying off.

Outlook – Final Weeks of the Cut



I genuinely can’t explain how excited I am right now. Ideally, the end of the cut lines up with the end of the Mast run—if not sooner.

This is already the leanest and biggest I’ve ever been, and with another 4–6 weeks from this point, I honestly expect to look like a completely different person again.



Final notes

Recovery has been drastically improved, using KLOW as part of my pre bed routine as part of my recovery protocol I believe is helping. Klow, gh and melatonin pre bed honestly feels like a game changer overnight.

Very true what you say about the one top set and the advantage over multiple sets. Knowing that you have to get after it 100% and not hold back for the remaining sets.

Thanks bro, I'll put money on it that in a month or so gains will increase my top sets to 2 as we are exiting the cut. As part of today's update I'll be summarising his response to this weeks check in
