Massive fan of Bw pull-ups as warm up on pull day! 2 sets of 15 is solid 💪

I think pull ups are underrated. I often have training blocks where I incorporate weighted pull ups in lieu of any pull downs at all 🔥🔥
Yeah I think they are highly under rated, I coukd probably add a little weight to mine but I feel my other lifts would cop a small beating if I did, haha I dnt wonna burn them out completely at the start ey

Haha for warm up purposes - BW is perfect

If you added some load, it would become more or a working exercise and likely replace your pull downs

@codezz I love doing the monkey bars. The more you do it the more it feels like you're flying through the air and it really builds a strong back and arms.

The stack from @RegenexPharma looks good. I'm looking at buying some Slu-PP to try out. Have noticed a big difference in workout endurance with the MOTS-C.

What’s your method for the GHKCU?

I’ve seen a lot of people are further diluting with bac water once they pull their dose and some are transferring into a larger vial with more bac water!

5 units daily

I have found i get a little bit of stinginess, but it doesnt bother me one bit
 
Got home from work last night, safe to say is i was tired from working underground all week, probably a little dehydrated too, but have been keeping up with the electrolytes all week and today,

But hanging to get to the gym today and smash it, feeling good and feeling pumped

I use a cream sun block. i make sure i check it thoroughly for harmful chemicals. most all of these sun blocks are horrible for you.
