I had my granddaughter over yesterday and she met the sweet one, and also my mom met her as well. Boys, I am in deep shit!! 😂😂
Ashley and my mom hit it off and the talk ensued, both occasionally looking sideways at me and laughing and whispering away!
Oh fuck!!! 😂😂😂😂

I think I will fast until 1500 hours and will call it a 24 hour fast. I will increase the time for every fast. Maybe once a week? Input please on how often I should do this, @Noah Wixx

Wow, can’t breath, have a ball of flem stuck in the bottom of my throat that won’t come up.
So today, I will slam down some loretadine
And some herbal teas and will get my arms around this

My body feels good, my recovery is doing well ever since I started the GH, is that part of what the GH helps with? The deload is going as planned, two more days!

I had my granddaughter over yesterday and she met the sweet one, and also my mom met her as well. Boys, I am in deep shit!! 😂😂
Ashley and my mom hit it off and the talk ensued, both occasionally looking sideways at me and laughing and whispering away!

Today, I am going to chill, I ate a very small meal at lunch yesterday, just a piece of meat,
I think I will fast until 1500 hours and will call it a 24 hour fast. I will increase the time for every fast. Maybe once a week? Input please on how often I should do this, @Noah Wixx

Add a little clean carbs to fuel for recovery while sick and boost immune cells. Stay hydrated

I went in to the gym again, did 15 minutes on the treadmill…slowly. Started coughing, cleared some shit outta my chest, but wasn’t quite ready yet….but I showed up! Will try again tomorrow.

I have not logged any food this week so far, because my meals are very sparse at the moment. It isn’t the Tirz causing that, it is the virus and I am okay with. Hungry but not hungry at the same time. Not like the first day when all I wanted was food. Now I just feel like shit.
I have been very disciplined about fluids and electrolytes and will continue.
ALMOST THERE!! I AM GETTING FUCKING ANTSY.
I know I need to just relax and let this run its course, but every minute away from the gym makes me feel like I am losing ground.

Although I have binged “VIKINGS” while sprawled on the couch and I am so ready to get back up and conquer!!

30 excruciating minutes of easy cardio that didn’t feel easy at all

Spanish Squats with a band secured to a rack

45 minutes total. My chest hurt and I coughed up a lot of shit afterwards and as much as the coughing sucked, it felt really good when it was over.
Tomorrow I am going to do REALLLY LIGHT back and bi’s, I mean almost to the point of just moving light weight back and forth.
I am betting by the end of the weekend, I will be great!! Well, that is my attitude about it right now.

Pregym, 1 cup rice porridge
Teaspoon honey
Scoop of weigh

Hey, observation here, my body feels so good. After several days of not lifting and my muscles healing up, they feel tight, big and strong.
I think I may have learned something about recovery, that my ego wouldn’t allow me to enjoy…a few days off here and there is freaking awesome for muscle growth and well being…. Just better to do when not sick 😂😂😂😂😂

Good you coughed it out, push it out get the stuff out but dont go too hard maybe 45min too hard, lower to 30min if a bit much. Hardcore you going strong in the gym even sick, EVO family support! @MarkNV
