Instant Peptides. Been using their Reta for quite sometime now and decided to try some of their other products. Good product good prices and fast shipping. What’s it take to trial them as an approved source?

I remember dragging ass at first with the wife teasing me about the 4am club. That lasted about two weeks then I switched to lunch time. Now I’m at the 5am club lol and wouldn’t have it any other way.
My theory is that getting up early is the key to success. You accomplish a lot more every day by doing that versus sleeping in till 11 or 12.

Not really a big fan of Umbrella labs. Takes like week and half for delivery and prices are higher than else where. I like instant and it has worked for us.

Another thing I like with Instant is that if I have any questions concerns or anything, I text the guy and he gets back to me within a couple of hours. Customer service goes along way.
The relabeled China sucks but they check every other box.

So Sunday was a killer leg workout. Monday little cardio and 30 min abs, nothing crazy. Felt a little sore but didn’t think much of it. Played golf later Monday and oh wow by the end of the round I could barely walk.

So bad that even today I only did 10 mins of cardio, sorry @LevButlerov lol. Boys I was spent.

Great chest and tri workout but had to stay off the feet today. I’ll be ready to give it hell again tomorrow.

So Sunday was a killer leg workout. Monday little cardio and 30 min abs, nothing crazy. Felt a little sore but didn’t think much of it. Played golf later Monday and oh wow by the end of the round I could barely walk.

So bad that even today I only did 10 mins of cardio, sorry @LevButlerov lol. Boys I was spent.

Great chest and tri workout but had to stay off the feet today. I’ll be ready to give it hell again tomorrow.

Ten minutes of cardio is better than no cardio. I never really was a big fan of cardio but it's definitely makes a difference.

I’m currently on my second week of 25mg/day of Winstrol. Looking to bump to 50mg/day next week.

This coming Sunday will be my last pin of EQ.
50s will be a good dose for you :D and its good you cutting down eq as winstrol ramps up

Well week 16 came and gone. Lost my 100 day plus streak of macro tracking in my app. Work demanded attention and maybe I was just ready for a break. I didn’t shit the bed though. I consciously decided what to eat and not to eat. Hotel worked out all but two days.

That’s no way to finish so we will give week 17 a shot. Back as of yesterday.

Thanks brother. Took some adjustment last week breaking routine. Not something I want to get use too. There’s breaking routine and then there’s adjusting routine. I’ll stick with adjusting. Really hard when you’re on the road 5 days though.
 
Guess we will call today a rest day. Spent all day traveling bringing the kid home from college. (3) protein bars a shake and a double chicken protein bowl from chipotle pretty much sums up my food.
