All depends on how well i can drop some weight. May be closer to "sports trt" somewhere around 175-200 honestly. Plus solid bloods of course before anything else. Minimum 2 months for sure

I like your setup on this. @Warthog61 the healing peptides go really well and GW is very underrated these days. I don't think people realize how effective it is for cardio.

Solid leg day!!! I did a variation of your back work and I made it burn hard, I had to unfortunately go lighter but I busted out the reps, I like this leg workout I may replicate it.

My sets take about a minute each. Time under tension is my focus, only time I may deviate from it is any drop sets with lighter weight, I will just pump.

Seems to be my style and man do I sweat

I wanna make sure I kept all my blood down there 🤣. I gotta work on my squats more and keep working my shoulder mobility. Shoulder felt good today on them, hack squats just don't hit the same as pulling a bar off the rack.

I keep saying I'm going to buy a SSB but then weeks and months go by
 
My sets take about a minute each. Time under tension is my focus, only time I may deviate from it is any drop sets with lighter weight, I will just pump.

Seems to be my style and man do I sweat
I like!!! We should your technique The Hog style!! Digging in being as tough as nails and making it alllll count!!

Tried retatrutide yet? @US-pharmacies has it on stock. It’s pretty insane, just 1mg and it keeps your food noise away. It’s not only great for cutting but also lean bulking.

The owner just won overall down in boston last week so hes going for his pro card. A lot of knowledgeable people at this gym its awesome

It was supposed to be a full on leg day but on the hack I had a strange feeling just below my left knee so I abandoned it @LevButlerov
moved from legs and just hit some chest and shoulders.

I have been thinking of trying lat injections for some time and built the courage to try it this morning. I can honestly say it is going in the rotation 100%. Absolutly amazing and i didnt even feel it with a 25g 1" .6ml smooth as butter @US-pharmacies. Glad my lats are nice and big so plenty of room! @HarleyGuy

Test 50mg ED
Tren 20mg ED did titrate up to 30mg with no additional sides
Mast 30mg ED titrate up to 40mg

As far as the oils......

Some of the smoothest oil I have used to date so i assume no super solvents and proper BA/BB ratios. I almost want to throw out all my other gear after running USP at this point 😂

Sides were a concern going into this as I never ran tren but the only real side that I personally noticed were that my libido wat a freight train but......50%of the time i would burn out before finishing the deed. Wife didn't mind on her end but she did feel bad. And the side she noticed was that my answers were sometimes "abrupt" or "Yes, No" if that makes any sense.

I started this cycle at 220lbs with hopes of recomping and a short strength build.

Starting this journey in August of 2025 my 1st goal was to hit 215lbs and on this cycle I surpassed it.

This morning I weighed in at 211lbs and feel like I look bigger in the mirror, especially in the chest and shoulders so I think my Goal was met. Added vascularity and that GW really allowed me to push cardio.

@Warthog61 I love the eight-week cycle idea with tren for me. I used to run it for six to seven weeks. I handled my business and I came off of it. The damage it does is not worth staying on much longer.

Test 50mg ED
Tren 20mg ED did titrate up to 30mg with no additional sides
Mast 30mg ED titrate up to 40mg
HGH 4iu Ed pre bed
Proviron 25mg ED
GW-501516 20mg ED

As far as the oils......

Some of the smoothest oil I have used to date so i assume no super solvents and proper BA/BB ratios. I almost want to throw out all my other gear after running USP at this point 😂

Sides were a concern going into this as I never ran tren but the only real side that I personally noticed were that my libido wat a freight train but......50%of the time i would burn out before finishing the deed. Wife didn't mind on her end but she did feel bad. And the side she noticed was that my answers were sometimes "abrupt" or "Yes, No" if that makes any sense.

I started this cycle at 220lbs with hopes of recomping and a short strength build.

Starting this journey in August of 2025 my 1st goal was to hit 215lbs and on this cycle I surpassed it.

This morning I weighed in at 211lbs and feel like I look bigger in the mirror, especially in the chest and shoulders so I think my Goal was met. Added vascularity and that GW really allowed me to push cardio.

Average of 2750 Calories
Carbs 350g
Fats 40g
Protein 255g
Throughout

Seeing the changes, they are really evident. I liked how you took a smart approach and didn't try to bulk up overnight. You took a slow approach and it's definitely easier to keep your results. @Warthog61

Today was a solid rest day for me. Went to service with my Mom for Mothers Day and came home to get some yard work done
I did stumble across this protein brownie recipe that I had to try:

1 Can Black Beans
2 Bananas
2 Scoops Protein
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Coca Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Maple Syrup
Pinch Salt

Mix well and Bake. Top with vanilla protein powder
