Update: Feeling good, weight went up I don't know why but yeh, appearance wise looking leaner and leaner. Trusting in my calorie deficit and gym. Flying back to work on Tuesday, took some extended leave.

Update: Did leg day today, last deload session before Monday, keen to get back into it. Sauna, steam room, ice bath and magnesium pool tomorrow for recovery. Only change, took pineapple out of my meal plan.
