What’s up guys! New member but not new to the game.

Thinking of running a mild summer recomp been off anything besides TRT & GH for years and want some opinions / tweaks if needed.

140mg Test C / 80mg Test P / 100mg NPP / 3iu GH & possibly 175mg primo a week if e2 gets too high & 30-40mg Anavar or Tbol for 6-8 weeks on the tail end. 7.5mg Tirzepatide a week split into 5mg Sunday & 2.5mg Wednesday. 16-24 weeks total.

Tweaks? Thoughts?

About 25% bodyfat at 6-3 280lbs after an injury caused a year long lay off. Different compounds are no issue.

Get ur BF to under 15 first.

welcome to the EVO family :D @MeatBlock80 I saw you post on a bloods thread, but happy you decided to share.
At 25% bf, adding NPP and orals on top of TRT and GH is not a mild recomp, you’re going to have e2 and dhn issues tbh
If you want the best move, keep it simple and cut first on your TRT+ tirzepatide, then reassess when you’re closer to 15-18% and can actually see what’s working.

Please get a TRT log up first because we don’t know your exact TRT dose, pin schedule, cals, macros, steps, sleep, BP and bloods, and without that nobody can tweak anything safely.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

No need for different esters of test, Gh and tren are your best bets for recomp. NPP is alright but not crazy for recomp in mu experience. Best of luck
 
Appreciate the replies all. I’ll plan to setup a log thread soon. I’m already on 90mg test c / 30mg test p / 60mg NPP a week + 3iu GH eod that’s why I asked on escalating the doses and overall mild cycle design. Have a lot of products on hand and need to run through them so that’s the only reason you see the test p add.
you're already on cycle it means you need to get a log up asap :D to dial this in
 
hey brother var and primo would be a waste of money at 25%
I would stilck to your TRT and add the tirz/reta and get the weight down first - then be really primed
 
Maybe consider a non aas focused stack and try cut the body fat down. If you cut down from 280lbs you will be jacked and all ripped up.

Imo for the long hall hgh is better than primo. Instead of buying primo just buy more hgh and take more hgh..

Instead of orals or npp, just take more testosterone. Have Anastrozole on hand

Welcome aboard brother!

Let's start up a log for you with way more detail about you and your diet/training/supps/sleep etc., then revisit what cycle would be best for you. At 25% BF that cycle isn't appropriate at all.
