Stats:
Starting Weight may 5th 205lbs
Age 23 Male, 6"3 190lbs


Bf im guessing around 17-19% ill post photos below

Cycle Currently 250mg Test E per week Daily injections
50mg Tren Ace Weekly Daily injections
Had mast e at 250mg per week administered daily aswell but it seems to have now crashed my estrogen fully after using for 3 weeks. So i stopped pinning it three days ago.

Cardio incline Treadmill 60 mins 5 Days per week
10 to 12k Steps Daily
Calories are currently between 2000 to 2400. 200g protein per day.

Goals: Fix up my cycle and estrogen, Low libido, bad pumps, Low energy. "GET REAL PEPTIDES AND GEAR"

Body wise Lean out for the summer 12% Body Fat would be a nice goal point.

Peptides Currently using: Retatrutide, MT2,

40mg Telmisartan daily, Daily 10mg of Cialis for my blood circulation, 50mg Vyvanse daily,

Diet is very whole foods related I try and keep eating as clean as possible as I just feel 20x Better than eating a lot of low quality food sources

Steak, Chicken, Beef, eggs, eggwhites, protein drinks sometimes, shrimp, fish, sweet potatoes, sourdough bread, honey, coconut water, white rice

Training is currently 5 Days a week ill post my schedule below with photos,

Getting bloodwork again soon to find out if everything is healthy

I’ll begin logging, training, food, macros, meal timing and all of the other info needed daily starting tomorrow.

For the Supplements you put are those ones you would recommend using? I was going to pick up a lot of things tomorrow as I currently only use what I listed above in my log.
These below i probably need to be adding in as it would make a huge difference I imagine. Lmk anything you would recommend to add to my list of items to buy

Currently I take none as my previous coach said you would only see the benefits once your like 8% body fat. Whichh I’m assuming was totally incorrect

start with 5 grams creatine ed and add 5grams every 1 week if digestion is fine @carsong

Previous bloodwork 750 Test 400mast e 40mg anavar
Hey mate,

23 and you were previously blasting 750 test and 400 mast? What made you jump on gear so young? And why jump to high doses early on? Do you think you learnt how to eat and train to gain muscle as a natural? The same applies on gear.

Your calories are crazy low for your age, height, weight and build. I would guess at least 600-1000 below maintenance.

Training is alright but possibly too much volume per session.

I trained naturally and lost 100 lbs from 282 to 180 myself. I decided to start my first testosterone cycle last year of just 250 test for 10 weeks. Got bloodwork first to make sure I was healthy. Then got a coach and unfortunately he slappped me instantly on to that cycle only 11weeks in to my first 250 cycle. Since I assumed he knew a lot more than me I listened but. I ended up losing a lot of my muscle gains and look Becuase he ended up slamming my estrogen and I just kept losing weight down to 165. I’ve dropped that coach since and have been very happy I get another opportunity to do it all right again here with the help of the evo community

Did you take bloodwork on the current situation with “crashed e2”. Or just by feel dropping the mast ?

Mast has a very mild effect on e2 rather it masks the effects of E2 making you feel lower than you are . Also Tren will skew the e2 reading so will need to get LCMS testing on e2 for an accurate picture of what’s going on.

that e2 reading was on just 750 testosterone and 400 mast.

Recently I’ve just been on 250 test and 250 mast the entire month of may. Adding the mast in a week in. After 2 weeks I lost all libido, I can’t even like get it up on 30mg of cialis since adding in the mast. Maybe my stuffs straight bunk but on just 250 test I was insanely high energy and libido then boom nothing since the mast was in

I’ll make sure to get this test then. Definitely do not like this low energy feeling. It’s night and day to what i felt before using the other compounds. I know my test is real and my tren, unfortunately my mast was not from a approved source and was from a site that sells a lot of different brands so I’m guessing it could’ve been faked with a different compound

    Strength is starting to noticeably go up. Really feeling that extra push in the gym lately — able to take sets to absolute failure and even push past previous limits. Energy, focus, and endurance all felt locked in throughout the workout, especially during pressing movements and post-workout cardio. Recovery-focused training is starting to pay off with stronger reps and better output across the board.

    Needing to Purchase some more Retatrutide today unsure which supplier I should go with. Open to all options that are approved since last buying from Synpharma the Cialas and Tren were night and day difference in quality and how fast they worked compared to my last supplier.

    Strength is starting to noticeably go up. Really feeling that extra push in the gym lately — able to take sets to absolute failure and even push past previous limits. Energy, focus, and endurance all felt locked in throughout the workout, especially during pressing movements and post-workout cardio. Recovery-focused training is starting to pay off with stronger reps and better output across the board.

    Needing to Purchase some more Retatrutide today unsure which supplier I should go with. Open to all options that are approved since last buying from Synpharma the Cialas and Tren were night and day difference in quality and how fast they worked compared to my last supplier.

I think 2000 cals is too low for you personally. In the long term you'll sacrifice muscle gain for some short term leanness.

Also look at that recent photo, I think you probably need to prioritise legs. I would definitely be hitting them twice a week. Since you workout 5 days a week, I'd be looking at a push, pull, legs, rest, upper, lower, rest split.

Your split is the one in the second post? I actually like the leg day you have listed there. Good bunch of exercises. With that split it just ends up being an upper body focus with upper body parts twice a week and legs once.

Appreciate the feedback! I honestly just got this split from someone else and only just tested it this week. But again maybe this split was made for him specifically.

My usual split that I have been running for my last cut looked like this. I was able to recover by doing a rest day every 3 days. To be quite honest it might fit all those movements I’m lacking in this shorter recovery based one. Take a look here and let me know what you think.

For right now just test Reta and mt2 till we get bloods in. Once then we can add in compounds to finish the look. I do 60min incline cardio daily and 13k+ steps daily

Thank you! With the cardio should i be upping my Speed as the weeks go on? I always up the speed by .1 every ten minutes in my 60 min incline cardio. Maybe I should start a few ticks up faster at the start and start progressively overloading each week? Would this keep my body accelerating in the fat loss expenditure? I am getting my requisition from my family doctor on the 5th and I will be trying to get a test booked that week.

Pinned 2mg of reta yesterday and its like the first time I used retatrutide at 2mgs last year. Instant no food noise and im having to remind myself to eat today. This is exactly what I have been looking for since. Mind you i was on 6mgs a week before so I now know my other source is straight garbage.


Will be picking up some more oxygen goodies today for sure. THat pharma tech mast and test and whatever else ive gotten from those selective scam sites are trash haha. Im still using test prop from pharma tech currently until my test enanthate that is pharma grade raises up to the 350 mark. Still 190lbs. But visibly leaner. Stronger on every lift and endurance is climbing. Gonna put the cals down to 2100-2300 from 2400-2600 now since the oxygen Reta is really working and it’s giving me that extra room to slash a bit of extra calories.

12k steps or more daily Is what I’ve been hitting.
Up the post workout cardio to 30 mins

I think the slight decrease in calories going forward is going to really help with some fat loss and get us conditioned faster.

Hey guys quick question, I am currently and have been this entire month doing daily injections in IM glutes and shoulders for TEST E and any other Compound.. GLutes i use 25g 1 inch and shoulder 27g 1/2 inch needles, Should I still do daily injections with Test E? or should I swap back to 3x Per week?

Currently Dosing 350 Test enanthate into 7 injections 4 Pins of shoulder 3 pins glutes rotated daily
