Session felt good tonight and progressed all numbers - however body feels pretty beaten up/sore the past few days so I may be due for a de-load (this is week 9 of this meso cycle so I wouldn’t be surprised). Body visually appears a little flat which is another indication for me that I may need to pull back for a week (hell, I might even take a week off training if I can mentally endure that lol)

Having said that strength has been moving nicely and overall I’m really happy with the composition we’re sitting at currently!

What shows have you done on the pro-circuit??

I’ve done the Atlanta Pro, where I placed 8th in open and I did the Hurricane Pro in St Petersburg Fl where I placed 9th in open, but won the masters category. I compete via Classic.
I’m flattered that you assume I’m a pro mate!

I’m still currently an amateur. I’ve only competed out of Australia at this point, have done state qualifiers and nationals here multiple years. Next year I’m looking at potentially adding some Asia shows to the list

Sent my check in off to my coach today so we shall see what he says, but end of the day if it’s not broken don’t try fix or change it. We’ve only made very minor adjustments since my off season began back in September last year yet I’ve still grown and gotten leaner so I may very well be told to not change a thing 🤣

Once this week is up. Food will increase to around 4K and slin will go back in pre workout. T4 is being added back in aswell to help with any down regulation of thyroid function as GH is back in too (50mcg daily).

We’re in a good spot, let’s go 💪🏽

Adductor: 2x12-15
Seated leg curl: 2x8-12
Leg extension: 2x15-20
Linear hack: 1x6-10
Leg press: 2x10-15
Abductor: 1x12-15

- Wide grip pulldown (2x10-15)
- Citadel single arm high to low row (3x10-15)
- Nautilus single arm row (2x8-12)
- Mega mass Tbar row (2x8-12)
- Strive preacher curl (3x10-12)

Great session tonight. We’ve added 5iu Novorapid back in pre workout. I always forget how much training on slin hurts when i first add it back in 🤣

Back has always been a muscle group I’ve struggled to connect with but we’re getting there!

string quad session :D killed it, huge legs! but would be nice to see weights on leg press etc
