Session felt good tonight and progressed all numbers - however body feels pretty beaten up/sore the past few days so I may be due for a de-load (this is week 9 of this meso cycle so I wouldn’t be surprised). Body visually appears a little flat which is another indication for me that I may need to pull back for a week (hell, I might even take a week off training if I can mentally endure that lol)
Having said that strength has been moving nicely and overall I’m really happy with the composition we’re sitting at currently!
