Hey guys I’m new to Evo and excited to here! To give a little run down for those interested, ive been competing in the open heavyweight class since 2022 with the IFBB. After this past season we’ve come to the conclusion we need to take some extended time to try fill my frame out and move up to superheavies where my coach and I believe I’ll be more competitive.

I’ve just finished up a 3 month health phase and am now starting the first growth phase of this offseason.

Photos taken after a pull session today. 114kgs fasted and TD cals are now at 3343 so we have heaps of room to push food up where needed.

PED’s: currently running 300mg test e and 2iu GH before bed. We are just about to start to escalate and add more compounds, which I’ll keep you guys updated on.

Massive shout out to the legends at @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep who I have just started working with. They’ve been amazing already and cant thank them enough. Again I will keep you guys updated on what products of theirs I’m using of course 🙏🏼

The goal now is to stay as healthy as we can so we can get a big as we can. At this stage we’ll look at doing a show in 2027 so full steam ahead for now!

If anyone has any questions let me know 💪🏽

Thankyou very much brother!

Yeah the food is starting to go up now so keeping on top of digestion is one of our number one priorities! Currently im using 10g of psyllium husk first thing in the morning with meal 1, and throughout the day im using berberine with majority of my meals. digestive enzymes ill use with my bigger meals (pre and post meals)

@Popmusclez are you using anything for an AI? like adex or aromasin. 300mgs test and hgh you can get a little water retention why i'm asking
Great question man. I havent actually used any AI's in about 2 years. We've used mast to help control oestrogen and ive honestly felt really good. Now that mast isnt really available we may deploy one once i get bloods done in a few weeks, having said that we're introducing EQ very soon so my coach and i will see how that effects E2. If we can get away without an AI i'll always opt for that option :)

nice work on the health phase. that is something that i should be doing too @Popmusclez seems like you got a good head on your shoulders
Thankyou man! Ah look it was something that couldnt be avoided. My blood pressure and resting HR was just too high coming out of my last show and i had adema on and off we just couldnt justify pushing, but the body is in a much better spot and is ready to go now!

Awesome intro brother and welcome to team raptor. Looking forward to watching your progress and following your journey 💪
Thanks brother, pumped to be here and to be partnered with team @Raptor Labs. Im excited to keep everyone updated, if you ever have questions on what im doing feel free to ask my friend🙏

Push Session Recap – Tonight

  • Tricep Extension Machine: 2 × 10–15
  • Single-Arm Cable Extension: 2 × 10–15
  • Machine Incline Press: 2 × 8–15
  • Decline Plate-Loaded Press: 2 × 8–15
  • Seated DB Laterals: 2 × 15–20
  • Single-Arm Reverse Cable Fly: 2 × 10–15

Summary:
Volume is still low currently but this will start to increase in the coming weeks. Sessions are getting better and better. I’m now in week 3 at 300mg test and just added a 300 cal increase from carbs this week — pumps are noticeably better and I’m looking/feeling much fuller. Strength is creeping up steadily. I’ve had a bit of discomfort running from the anterior delt into the bicep, so I’ve been mindful on pressing movements, but managed to work around it. Shoulder feels improved this week compared to last, so fingers crossed it keeps heading in the right direction!

How much volume you doing on training?

Thankyou brother 🙏🏼
At the moment volume is fairly low, so everything is pretty much 2 working sets per exercise and usually 2 exercises for that muscle per session. A little more for arms but every body part is trained a minimum of 2x per week. Hamstrings and quads are 3x per week. We’ll push volume up by adding additional sets in the coming weeks 💪🏽

*Photos taken tonight after legs*

115.6kgs fasted this morning

TD cals: 3317
RD cals: 2704

Slight change in my diet. Cals are virtually the same, we’ve just added some sweet potato for additional potassium and taken out pasta in the last meal. We’ve also added additional pink salt for more sodium. So now both potassium and sodium are around 5000 each, which coach and I are happier with this ratio as we don’t want to be holding any unnecessary water while we increase GH.

We’ve now started increasing both gear and GH. Will list current cycle below:

Test e: 400mg (was 300mg)
Primo: 100mg (newly added)
GH: 7iu (was 5iu)

Before anyone asks, the primo im using was made before the shortage and has been tested and is legit. I’ve definitely noticed I’m a lot fulled with the increase in gh over the last couple of weeks and now adding additional gear we expect to get even fuller!

I’m really happy with what the look is like overall at the moment. This is probably the most balanced my physique has ever looked 🙏🏼

As always big love to @Raptor Labs for facilitating my PEDS. Their GH is making my hands full as a f**k 🤣

Physique is coming along real solid with the changes you’ve made. The swap from pasta to sweet potato and balancing sodium with potassium should help keep you tighter while pushing the GH higher. Primo on top of the test will only round out that look even more and give you a cleaner fullness. At 115 fasted you’re holding size without spilling and that’s a good spot to be in right now. Just keep riding the adjustments and monitor how you’re looking day to day, the direction is definitely on point. @Popmusclez

No change to food this week

PEDS are the same for this week:
400mg test e
100mg primo
7iu GH

We have added in bpc157 and tb500 at 1mg each per day to help with an elbow niggle I’ve been dealing with. It’s made any tricep training a bit frustrating but after only a few days of having them in, the pain is less sharp and a lot better to deal with 🙏🏼

Steps/cardio:
10-12K steps daily
20min cardio 2x per week

Solid update. 116kgs fasted holding steady shows the food and PED setup is keeping you stable without spill. 400 test e with 100 primo and 7iu GH is a clean stack, nothing excessive, just steady progress. Nice call on bpc157 and tb500, they shine for tendon stuff and you’re already feeling relief which means you can get back to pressing heavier soon. Cardio and steps are right on point too, recovery looks dialed in.

@Popmusclez man it looks like you packed 10 more pounds of muscle on you’re looking freaking huge. Hopefully the peptides help with the elbow they definitely should.

Comparison: left photo September last year. Right photo taken this month.

Left photo: 109kgs
Right photo: 116kgs

The main changes we made between photos:

- Volume allocation: Changing from a "bro split" that i was doing prior. We lowered volume right down. We started a meso cycle with nothing over 2 working sets per exercise but each muscle group was hit 2x per week. From there we increased volume by adding additional sets to my back, arms, hamstrings, and quads. Chest and shoulders have always been stronger points on me so we kept them just at 2 sets per exercise. From there we increased that over the course of 8 weeks where my working sets for those target muscles groups got up to about 4 sets per exercise. Our primary focus was making sure i could recover adequately from each session.

- Training smarter: My training prior was more focused on training hard and heavy, which was drilled into me by my previous coach. Where i still believe thats important, the method of training i dont think was serving me for my lacking body parts (the photos seem to agree lol). So i changed my style to really focus on milking the stretch position, squeezing every rep, instead of just, well, repping it. Tracking every single sessions numbers was something i also started doing again, which allowed me to stay more accountable around moving the needle that little bit each week.

- Digestion & Stress: A massive focus went into quality of food along with managing both mental but also physical stress. Not stressing my body out doing more than i could recover from, getting better quality sleep and making that a priority, and making sure i had enough rest as well as de-load weeks. For digestion we made sure steps were tracked daily at a minimum of 10K. Ideally broken up between meals so i wasnt sitting there with food in my gut and not moving around. Along with additions of psyllium husk, berberine, and general digestive enzymes.

- PEDS: This past off season/prep the protocols we used were fairly different. in previous years the cycles ive done were usually something like 500-750mg test, 400mg eq, 400mg decca, and maybe an oral for 4 weeks like anadrol in an off season and preps have been something like 500mg test, 600mg mast, 300 tren, and then 50mg stana daily, with additions of clen getting up to 150mcg and base line t3 and yohimbine. Which i found i had a fair amount of mental sides which werent ideal for being a functional member of society haha. So this last off season we stayed away from compounds we knew could give me those sides (like nor19s) and went with test, primo, and gh (test working up to 1000mg, primo at 500mg, and gh at 2iu as thats all i could really afford at the time). This last prep was 500mg test, 1000 mast, 2iu gh, up until about 6 weeks out where we added 100mg tren a, and at 4 weeks out we added 20mgs stana daily (which titrated up to 40mgs daily by the end). Clen only got up to 80mcg and t3 was at 25mcg. I felt a lot better with the recent approach.

Now with the support of @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep im able to push GH higher and keep anabolics slightly lower and stay healthier. Which i cant thank them enough for! Having said that though this year with these new strategies we have in place we'll be pushing as much as we can get away with 💪

Hope this gives some interesting insights for you guys! Let me know if you have any questions about any of this.

Night and day difference, the right side looks way thicker through the arms, legs and back while staying leaner through the waist, exactly what you want out of an offseason. Smart move shifting from the bro split and piling on junk volume to a setup where recovery actually matches the workload, shows in how much fuller you look. Digestion and stress management clearly paid off too, the detail holds better when your gut isn’t fighting you. Gear changes made sense, much cleaner and still plenty effective, you look bigger without that strung-out look the old cycles gave. Solid run and it shows. :D
