Diet changes in bold above. I added in extra protein daily to keep it around the 200g mark. High carb days Thursday and Sunday which is same meals but replacing my last meal with 1000 calorie free meal (always low saturated fat option)
I needed 2 high carb days this week but will keep it planned as just 1 moving foreard unless I need 2.

CURRENT CARDIO:
40 mins fasted AM spin bike 6 days per week
30 mins post workout spin bike 5 days per week

Tightened up a fair bit this week - I will do another week like this one before I add in any clen or anavar.

Diet changes in bold above. I added in extra protein daily to keep it around the 200g mark. High carb days Thursday and Sunday which is same meals but replacing my last meal with 1000 calorie free meal (always low saturated fat option)
I needed 2 high carb days this week but will keep it planned as just 1 moving foreard unless I need 2.

80mg primobolan every 5 days
10mg Sparta anavar

2 whole eggs
300ml egg whites
1 slice multigrain bread โŒ no bread

Meal 2- Pre-Workout
50g oats
15g peanut butter - 10g
30g whey protein

Post-Workout (Immediately After)
1 lcm bar - no lcm bar

A kilo heavier in my check in pictures this week ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ and I didnโ€™t really get any leaner I just got bigger omggggggsh wtf
So I guess itโ€™s time to put the foot down now shit ๐Ÿ˜‚
Pulled a bit of food in my daily diet and will skip the high carb day this week.

I was going to hold off on the anavar but I added it in last week pre workout only. Hoping thatโ€™s the culprit lolll thanks @UGL OZ ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜
And I increased my protein to 200g daily last week also.

I will keep the anavar in pre workout only and add in clen starting it at 20mcg.
