Diet changes in bold above. I added in extra protein daily to keep it around the 200g mark. High carb days Thursday and Sunday which is same meals but replacing my last meal with 1000 calorie free meal (always low saturated fat option)
I needed 2 high carb days this week but will keep it planned as just 1 moving foreard unless I need 2.
