N2slin use

How many of you on here n2slin before your meals?
I got a couple bottles of it and I started using it
I noticed on days I use it I seem a lot tighter in the stomach area
the stuff is working good so far
is there a more efficient way to run it then just taking two pills before my meals. Can I just take it randomly throughout the day

you can either do as your doing now
OR
you can take 1 pill every 2-3 hours if your eating style is more grazing

the aboslutely best way to use it though is fasting then taking 2 pills and then eating your first meal to break the fast after 30 minutes if you want to get the best benefits

Use it before each meal about 30-45 mins before each meal.
