As for food my meals have all been delivered but I’ll be doing my own meal prep starting Monday

Which will consist of chicken with home made honey soy dressing and rice with vegetables
Kangaroo mince for making homemade burger patties
Steak for making stir fries etc
Eggs are a big part of my diet
My partner also makes really good high protein healthy desserts so I’ll post them up when she makes them as well as the recipe if people want to know how to make them themselves

Taking food pics is new for me so it does slip my mind but I’ll set a reminder on my Marco notes so I don’t forget
 
Yeah been flat out at work with people off sick and no one else to help cover and the at home life with the kids keeps me busy so haven’t been able to keep up with posts

So been a bit slack with updates as I’ve just been really enjoying the progress lol so far I’ve put on 7kgs since the start of this but I know most would be water weight etc

Today was shoulder day at the gym which I love high volume on shoulders and never tend to go heavy much

Lateral raises:

feeling great on my cycle supplied by @Sydneycitysupplements and have only been using items supplied by him

All oils are smooth to pin including the dbol which is probably the first pain free injectable dbol I’ve tried
Feeling nice and full all day like I’ve got a pump 24/7 and no loss of appetite so far with the orals anavar and prov

So far I’m sitting at 121kgs, bit of water weight to slowly flush out over time but overall got a good look going on with all my shirts and pants getting a tad tight lol

Sex drive is healthy and big boost to mood all day.
Feel like I’m back in my teens is an easy way to describe it lol

About to add hgh to the mix at 4-5ius per day split am/pm. So I’ll drop a review of that once I’ve been on it for a few weeks.
