All my meals are done via core Powerfoods which are dew for delivery on Monday so I’ll post a touch down pic of the food but yesterday’s meals were loaded chicken mac and cheese (48p/42c/13f), deep south chili (36p/47c/17f) and penna pasta (48p/46c/25f). Should have grabbed pics but slipped my mind.

thats why i keep my clients on lower deca dose unless required

I’ll stick to 400mgs per week till at least my first bloods in 3 weeks then decide if I’m gonna up or even lower it etc

So far I’ve definitely noticed a good increase in fullness and energy, pumps are unreal to the point where I have to slow down sometimes in the gym lol.
I got some Clen for when I cut but decided I’d try some for review purposes. Good hit of energy and opens the lungs right up! Definitely makes the sweat start pouring out especially in this summer heat. So the Clen is 100% gtg in my books!
A more detailed review along with the ret I got to come in a few months when I start to cut down after the building phase!
