I’ve got a multi bro, called animal pak. Hard to take as it’s like 9 tabs but it has everything in it you need
 
So yesterday was back day which is my favourite muscle group to hit with a hint of biceps

Routine was
Pendlay Row:

60kg x 8

80kg x 8

90kg x 8,8,8



Lat Pulldown:

63.5kg x 8

79.5kg x 10,10

77kg x 10



Seated Row V grip / Hammer curl (super set)

SR:54.5kg x 8

HC:15kg x 10

SR: 68kg x 10

HC: 15kg x 14

SR: 68kg x 10

HC: 17.5kg x 11

SR: 68kg x 10



Rope straight arm pulldown

32kg x 10

45.5kg x 10, 10



Machine preacher curls

32kg x 12

41kg, 10, 8

36kg x 8

32kg x 10

All my meals are done via core Powerfoods which are dew for delivery on Monday so I’ll post a touch down pic of the food but yesterday’s meals were loaded chicken mac and cheese (48p/42c/13f), deep south chili (36p/47c/17f) and penna pasta (48p/46c/25f). Should have grabbed pics but slipped my mind.

Shit at taking back pics but I tried my best lol.

Second pin on Thursday was smooth and pain free again. No lump at all this time and zero pip now 2 days later.

The dbol is kicking my ass in a good way haha, pumps are killer and I have to stop myself at the gym otherwise I’d just keep pushing
Upped the dose to a full ml(50mgs) on back day just to test the waters at a higher dose and the pump was almost to intense so I’ll just stick to the 25mg dosage
 
Leg day was good! Got a mad pump and still had some good strength

Workout was as follows
Seated calf raise:

30kg x 15

50kg x 15

Romanian Deadlift:

@Ausbbing23 dbol pumps are the best but you need to moderate them with electrolytes and taurine. You look great in the pic, real legit muscle size. :D

Back day is always a lot of fun. And there's many different ways to execute it.
 
Very nice workout routine.

You're pushing some good weight. I'm very impressed.
 
I much prefer Rows over pull Downs.

Reason being there are a lot safer on the shoulders.
 
Nice back picture. We can definitely tell the growth in your back.
 
I always have a hard time, shaving, my back.

Do you have someone shave yours for you?
 
a multi vitamin is a wise choice. Good job.

Just make sure you read the ingredients.

So update on my cycle.

When I drop the dbol I’ll be adding in some anavar at 50mgs per day as well as dropping the npp and adding in mast at 400mgs per week. I’ll be dropping the npp in a week and adding the mast in its place
I’ll also be upping the deca to 500mgs per week once the npp is out

So the cycle will change over to 400test/500deca/400mast per week and 50mgs of anavar per day

Will also be throwing in some mk677 to see how it compares to hgh as I’ve never used mk677 before but am a seasoned user of gh

this is big drop and add bro ;) but 500mgs of deca is a lot of deca why so much nandrolone? did you ask your coach about this?

Just playing around with the doses bro, I normally run deca at 500mgs with little issues if any at all

I’ve run it at 1g in the past but now i never go above 500mgs.
