I take a supplement called tonic which has vitamin e, zinc, b12, NAC, tudca and a few others in it I can’t remember of the top of my head and a daily greens drink but that’s it at the momentIf the pumps get too bad, you can always add some taurine

I’m 33 nowadays which I forgot to mention when talking about my background.
I usually add in npp to the start of a deca cycle just while I’m waiting for the deca to get its legs running then I drop it about week 5-6. Dunno if it actually helps just something I’ve always done
I’ll be blurring some pics that I currently have and I’ll get my old phone up and running to get some of my older pics when I was younger and blasting heavier cycles
Food wise I don’t really track macros and never have but I’ve downloaded an app just so I can start doing it come Monday to help with the log.
I’ve got a program written up and I’ve also taken this week off of the gym to catch up on sleep and things around the house etc and other things to help with less distractions while doing this log so will be a fresh start one Monday.
Monday will be leg day(avoid all the people that take up the chest areas lol) so will be good to test the dbol out

I’ll do my best to include as much information as I possibly can throughout the whole cycle.
The cycle will consist of 400mgs of test e, 400mgs of deca, 100mgs of npp(first 5 weeks) and 25mgs of dbol pre workout. The cycle length will run for a total of 16 weeks with bloods getting done throughout. My goal for this cycle is purely about putting on mass after losing size due to an injury, was 129kgs before the injury and currently sit at 102kgs now.

The first batch of goods landed today which was super quick (3ish days after ordering). Packaging was good and the vails look good!
Me being me I couldn’t help but try the dbol straight away lol. Was pretty well painless to inject and could feel it a little over an hour after taking it. Needless to say my calves and arms are pumped up after doing yard work![]()

No real reason it’s more of a habit thing. I tend to do it whenever I do a cycle of long esters in it I’ll run the shorter one first while I wait for the longer one to start getting its legs.So what makes u drop npp for decca gow come you just dont stay on npp with it being faster acting why not stick on npp, any particular reason ?
