Last night was legs(didn’t get an update pic)

Leg extension
40kgs x12 for 4 sets

Squats
100kgs x 10 for 5 sets

Leg press
150kgs x12 for 5 sets

Walking lunge
4 sets

Leg curl
25kgs x12
50kgs x10
60kgs x10
50kgs x8
25kgs x10

Finished up with 10 mins on a bike on medium resistance

Dinner was honey soy chicken stir fry(forgot to grab noodles so was just chicken and veg)

So far loving the results

Next week I up the test to 600mgs per week while the deca and mast stay at 400mgs

Will do mate, my estro was at 73 in my last blood test so wasn’t to crazy but still gonna keep an eye on it

Yeah will be man, I just didn’t want to attack it until I knew what my level was especially after coming off of dbol. Didn’t feel like it was high so thought it was better to wait and get the blood test done
