2nd cycle was thinking 500 test, 300 primo and 300 tren

Tren for ANYONE on a second cycle is a HORRIFIC idea and especially at an elevated body fat... one can do whatever they want whenever they want as long as they understand the consequences... when you have a higher body fat you are ONLY going to cause your yourself more issues/problems.. you are far more susceptible to side effects and will never see the types of results you should from steroid use.. attempting to use these when you are not in the proper physical condition will never end well
 
Id rather see you do 300mg/week test e or c, 400mg/week Primo, then 20mg/day GW-501516 as a cycle.

Im a tall guy too (almost 6'9") and clock in around 285 pounds dry in the morning and I had huge success with that cycle gaining muscle but also leaning out.

Looking at your weight at 6,5, that’s a fair bit of mass to haul around.

Good to see your right into footy, it will help for sure to stay in shape and help overall health and mental wellbeing.

Couple of things though that you may not want to hear, you need to bring the overall weight down, I understand your a big dude and someone at 6,5 is naturally going to carry a lot of mass, can imagine you are a front rower! You will 100% need to lose mass, using things such as tren is not going to help your case in any sense my bro. I have done a write up on tren which outlines a lot of the negatives and in my humble opinion, it is not be used recreationally. It’s a serious compound that will cause consequences that are detrimental to health. Especially at that dose.

If you want to start a cycle, I’ll recommend going to get bloods done. Get an eating plan together and training routine. Start eating in a deficit. That will help you lose more weight then tren or any other steroid. Steroids aren’t designed to help you lose body fat.. in fact it can be the opposite depending on physiology.

However if you want to start a cycle, I’ll recommend having a diet that will help with your goals as that is 80% of it, a training routine to create stimulus, and a sprinkle of gear to help
Recovery and gain some tissue.

Honestly? 300-400mg test for your size. If you start that with a good eating plan and training regime you will get way better results then chucking in drugs that will do more harm then good, and won’t even produce the results your after without the basics down. If E2 is high, you have some options to lower it. More frequent injections, cutting out sugar, reducing body fat, increasing fibre.
You can run a primo sure, this will reduce e2 as you progress in the cycle due to its metabolites having strong AI properties. But again harm reduction is key with longevity in mind.. hope this helps
Is this a decent cycle to do?

I'm currently sitting at 160kg, 6'5
I've been told multiple times i should lose weight before cycling because of sides at this body fat %.
first cycle went good at 500 test e and 200 primo i only weighed around 140kg at the time and got strong asf. But since injuries ive been out of training and footy season is over. Im fully recovered now
But I'm keen to get back into it. Basically i want to gain some muscle back and hope to drop weight at the same time.

Is there a better cycle i should run for my plans or is this ok.
Any information is good.

ok thanks, not jumping on the tren train. ill try something a little more mild

Ok bro test is primo were good when i did it. Ill have to look up this GW-501516.

Yea it is alot moving this weight around lately.

Front row for sure. It's been good getting back into it (3years ago) Just seems like i get exhausted all the time and prone to injuries. Unlike when i was younger and never got an injuries throughout the seasons.


I'll start by posting a pre-cycle log and update regularly on diet and training methods. Every bit of information i read suggest that i shouldn't do Tren. So i think ill pass on it. First cycle went great. test with the primo had me fit and strong and 140kg. I don't know why tho but for me under 130kg i look too gangly. i did everything right got fairly strong while feeling great. So ill stick with the test and primo.

Hey so I started it but never finished it just due to young family and work travel but I’m going to add a final update with my results. I essentially added about 5 pounds but body comp changed pretty significantly.

I also ran 50mg/day anavar for the final 6 weeks which I love so if you aren’t sold on gw501516 then I’d add anavar to the cycle above.
