Approved Log Aggressive Cut from high bodyfat Log

Hey guys,

Sorry for disappearing the last few days. I appreciate all the replies and taking all suggestions on board. Going to start logging more consistently from tomorrow with photos of food, workout log, keto strips, etc.

So I took the advice on not to take that high of a test dosage but I’ve decided to go with 250mg rather than the TRT dosage of 125mg. I did my first pin of 125mg on Wednesday and planning to do the next on Sunday. I’ve not taken my AI yet and although I was thinking to take it if symptoms show, I’ll take the advice that since my E2 is already high that I should take it preemptively and will start on Sunday.

I’ve also switched my diet up. This past month it was 1500 calories ( 3 eggs, 400g chicken, 300g broccoli, 3 scoops of protein and some supplements). Ive now made the switch to Keto and after 2 days of doing 23 hour fasts, I’ve started my 48 hour fast which I’ll break on Sunday night. This keto diet is also close 2000 calories with about 145g protein, 165g fat and about 10g carbs.
I’m planning on doing 72-48-24-24 fasts starting from next week.

I used the gym scales for a body fat scan and it came up with 28% but I know they’re notorious for being inaccurate so I’ll put my photos up and leave it to you guys to let me know what you think. (5ft9 255 lbs)

Purchased some N2Gaurd and that arrived today so had that alongside the other supplements I mentioned in the original post.

Nothing wrong with your physique. I don't know why you want to lose weight.

🧪 Blood Work

Pre-Cycle Results:
Markers have shown that my testosterone is very low (around 200 ng/dL) which has only made me even more convinced I need to start a cycle. My Free Testosterone is on the low end of normal at 0.2 nmol/L. My Oestradiol is showing just above the normal range at 162 pmol/L which to be honest has got me a little worried so would love any advice around that. I’ll attach my complete blood work to this post.

🍽️ Diet Overview

As mentioned above my current calories and macro split is the following:

1550 Kcal - 205P / 70F / 28C

However after reading the log by @Dadbod1996 and posts by @stevesmi Ive now decided to go on a fasted keto diet. During the cycle I plan on the following

2000 kcal - 120P / 160F / 20C

I will start with a 22 hour fasts everyday for the first week before adding 40 hour fasts at least once a week or twice a week

🏋️ Training Regimen
Split: 6 days Push-Pull-Legs
Steps: 10,000 a day
Cardio: 30 minutes towards the end of fasts and end of workout

I do like that you didn't spike up the test perfect.

BUT! your diet, wonderful to hear you're doing 23 hour fasts. Start sharing actual meals with us and training, lets get this log moving.

n2guard, good choice, they support the EVO family for many years, most of us are on it.

Very aggressive calorie deficit for your build, if you can keep at it go for it, but I know I'd tap out pretty quickly, I tend to gradually lower, if the scale doesn't move on my weekly check, then I cut more, but I start a cut at about 2200 calories in the 80-82kg range, good luck though man, will keep an eye on this one!
