Sorry for disappearing the last few days. I appreciate all the replies and taking all suggestions on board. Going to start logging more consistently from tomorrow with photos of food, workout log, keto strips, etc.
So I took the advice on not to take that high of a test dosage but I’ve decided to go with 250mg rather than the TRT dosage of 125mg. I did my first pin of 125mg on Wednesday and planning to do the next on Sunday. I’ve not taken my AI yet and although I was thinking to take it if symptoms show, I’ll take the advice that since my E2 is already high that I should take it preemptively and will start on Sunday.
I’ve also switched my diet up. This past month it was 1500 calories ( 3 eggs, 400g chicken, 300g broccoli, 3 scoops of protein and some supplements). Ive now made the switch to Keto and after 2 days of doing 23 hour fasts, I’ve started my 48 hour fast which I’ll break on Sunday night. This keto diet is also close 2000 calories with about 145g protein, 165g fat and about 10g carbs.
I’m planning on doing 72-48-24-24 fasts starting from next week.
I used the gym scales for a body fat scan and it came up with 28% but I know they’re notorious for being inaccurate so I’ll put my photos up and leave it to you guys to let me know what you think. (5ft9 255 lbs)
Purchased some N2Gaurd and that arrived today so had that alongside the other supplements I mentioned in the original post.
Nothing wrong with your physique. I don't know why you want to lose weight.
