Ok, here's my feedback on n2bm ancient strength creatine. I started using it about 10 days ago and the first 3 days I was worried I might have stomach problems. I get them a lot from creatine, but SURPRISE no problems with ancient strength at all. It's sweet! Over the next week, I feel about 10-15% increases in my lifts and my muscles feels fuller. All around I really like AS, the 3 creatine mix really gives great results compared to when I was using monohydrate by itself.
