How long have you been on it?.
You should give GLP receptors a break or up your dose. Personally I run for about 6 weeks now and jump off for a break. Then back on do it doesnt get expensive.
I also find that if ive been running it for a while, I think it may not be working as good but its just become normal to not eat as much and habe as much hunger/appetite so it can seem.like.it.isnt working.
As @Wheelhouse87 has mentioned, you should at some point give your receptors time to bounce back or in return need to up your dosage which becomes more expensive but if you have the $$$ for it you definitely can. I also believe that you can become accustomed to the feeling of not eating as much or as big meals so you perceive that it isn't working but in fact, it is.
Can guarantee there would be nothing wrong with @Wolfenstein Reta since many many people rave about it and he would have consistent supply from his trusted source.
"Muted" suggests you're sitting there actively listening to the effects of reta. In other words, your expectations may be misguided. Focusing on whether pharmacology is still effectively working within you will undoubtedly alter expectations in a negative direction--human's often tend toward negativity. When the mind anticipates decline or failure (here, the potency of a weight-lose substance), it can very well produce a nocebo effect, where the brain dampens the very neurochemical systems the agent is supposed to support. Because of this, the drug’s impact is perceived to be reduced, though not because its pharmacology has changed (which we know it hasn't), but because expectation has shifted the biological context in which it acts. This is quite basic psychology, yet it can be overlooked. I would suggest you allow reta to work silently, and allow your mind the freedom to experience its effects.

You also haven't stated dosing, the period you've been using for in the past and time off from then to now or other compounds you're running. This question we along with more info would be better suited to a new thread.
I also think people rely on the muting of hunger noise to judge if something is working or not.
Limiting hunger noise from reta is like a side business for the drug... everything else it does for bodily function is where the gold hides.
IMO @Wolfenstein reta is
had great results using it in the past.. Never really needed to push past 3-3.5mg / week. At that dose, defiantly didn't mute food noise or appetite (use GLP-1 or GLP-2 for this or up dosage to where it does for you) - but the behind the scenes work is where the magic is at

Every vendor has the right to charge what they feel reflects their product, testing, service, and risk. Price alone is never the full picture, and chasing the cheapest option is usually where people get burned.
What actually matters long term is community proven trust. Consistent use across the board, repeat customers, no negative feedback over time, and extremely strong after sales support, that’s what separates solid vendors from short term pop ups. When a product is being run by a wide range of users and continues to deliver without issues, that speaks louder than any single price comparison ever could.
