Healthy Fats Don't increase Cholesterol.

Processed Carbs cause High Cholesterol by reducing HDL and raising LDL.
But more Significantly is what they do to LDL Particle Size.
Processed Carbs will make LDL ~ small and BB like, and this is what causes Arterial Plaque................. JP

i eat plenty of good quality humane friendly/pastured eggs. and my cholesterol is fine.

i has been removed from dietary guidelines. i am explaining this to drs and nurses at work all the time and have been for years. if you're going to focus on one thing, kill sugar. if you want to do more you can but that one thing by itself will do so much
