Hey any real life input on these two peptides I have a chronic issue in my lower back sciatica in right leg been to the doctors etc not looking for advice from them I will be going to physical therapy. I am a little on the stiff side thought tb500 might help with that as well as healing just from workouts any thoughts or suggestions Thanks and happy holidays in advance

Both of these peptides are great for soft tissue injury or inflammation but sciatica is prob gonna be caused by bad mechanics which peptides will not help.
I think you would be wasting money here.
Do you know what is causing it? Disc issue?

Long story short they said I had a herniated disc about 3 years ago they wanted to do surgery i changed my boots bought new ones pain was gone about a week after and has been gone since but has recently returned after a long road trip about 2 months ago funny part is when I do squats pain goes away completely I go in a hot tub no pain they did a xray came up with slight bone degeneration but I think they need to do an mri but that's up to them

So i have had issues with a disc bulging for 20 years. Fine one day and in serious pain another. I have used BPC and TB while I was having issues(was using them for bicep tendon pain) and they did nothing for the disc. I also have some facet degeneration.
What did finally fix the issue was having PRP done on the tiny musculature that surrounds they disk. Like me you disc is bearing the load and it's not supposed to be so it gets pushed out of place. The PRP strengths the supporting musculature and supports your spine they way it was intended. I had this done about 3-4 years ago and have have not had one issue since. I had to pay out of pocket as insurance wouldn't cover it but it was money well spent. It might be a good idea to look into PRP in your area.

If you dont mind me asking who's peptides did you use thinking of going with ugfreak parapharma they have both in the same vile 5mg each bpc157 tb500
Typically get them from umbrella. This is how I use them.
Bpc 500mcg/day
Tb 5mg/wk.

BPC157 and TB500 can help here alongside physio since BPC helps local tissue and nerve irritation while TB works more systemically on stiffness and recovery.
I suggest you run BPC157 at 500 mcg ED and TB 500 at 2mg per week but split into 2 injections
give it 6-8 weeks while you get imaging and keep training movements careful so no further injuries

@Farmboy79 you certainly can do a healing stack. It can't hurt, and at the very least it can help with other things. I have herniated discs as well. The only thing that helped me truly was doing hot yoga. That is going to be something that will work wonders for you.

the problem is you can't inject BPC directly into the spine. It's very dangerous. Only a professional doctor should do something like that.

you've got to do more stretching and yoga. That is definitely going to go a long way. Also, avoid exercises that aggravate the injury.

Bros, I would go with TB500. You don't want to inject BPC into your spine; it's very dangerous.

I think size also matters in situations like this, how much weight you putting on the joints and so on :D @Farmboy79

i know napsgear has KLOW at 80mg vial. so you would want to take like 1-2mgs a day to start

Can it be taken 3 x a week or is every day a must ? Thanks in advance
when it comes to peptides, I recommend front-loading it a little heavier when you first start, and then you can gradually lower the dosage and frequency. That's probably the best way to do it.
