Buydeus.com shipped half order

I can't stand when companies send you half of what you ordered and then they don't return your messages. That's what happened with me ordering from buydeus
I ordered $500 worth of stuff and he sent me like $300 worth of product and that's it
haven't heard anything from them and it's been 6 weeks. I don't understand
