Hello all ! This coaching thread was inspired by @LevButlerov and @R.AP ✊ thanks to them, they suggested I expand my coaching stuff onto Evo as well as I never really openly published about it ❤️

My background
I graduated from Singapore’s finest university with a bachelors in sports and exercise science. I started as a senior management personal trainer in top boutique gyms in Singapore. In addition I also have clinical experience in private clinics as an exercise science prescriptionist in which doctors would refer patients with metabolic disease, blood pressure and diabetic issues to me for lifestyle adjustments. And then I treat them using exercise and nutrition protocols while bearing in mind their contraindications to exercise if they are on any specific medication. So I do have specialty in this area too.

I constantly invest a lot in the business in terms of education mentorship and workshops for clients and coaches too.

In 2021, I started becoming a trainer at the same time i started training / bodybuilding . But it took me 4 years to earn the confidence and right to becoming an online prep coach despite multiple enquiries from friends . I personally find it to be a job which one does not just compete once and go into , as a lot of responsibility and knowledge is required before one should go into it.

As of 2025 I started having my online athletes roster, within the first year I’ve coached a total of 6 IFBB pros to their best looks to date and qualified one of them for the 2025 Mr Olympia ⭕❤️ Alongside many other amateurs of course !!

Later on in the year , I moved to Australia to support other online coaches with in person training for their athletes as I’m good with biomechanics and helping them get the most out of their coaches programme . I also now write programmes as a partnered training based coach for Camp Jansen athletes . It’s my privilege to be doing what I love as a living , not just competing alone as a hobby

My goal with coaching:
- to prove that in a male dominated industry, women can do it too .
- to show that the best athletes even with good genetics understand hardwork , are willing to beef their brains with knowledge to help others and not just rely on their genetics to get by
- here on Evo, I enjoy sharing my journey not to brag about myself , but to help other women with progress in bodybuilding and to educate the gents should they require any help with their missus

I coach people of all levels , and I’m more than willing to help you out should you need a trusted professional to guide you along to you goals ✊ shoot me a dm on Evo or telegram me @Jigglybuff if you are ready for some committed coaching ‼️

Nice to have you on here, providing coaching. Athletes looking shape

No reason why women can't coach as well. Have you looked into the AI part of it yet? Once AI goes onto the agentic stage (3-5 years time), coaching will dry up since it'll be virtually free and high ticket clients will far and few between. I've AI proofed myself thus far and I recommend you try the same just in case.

Interested as to what you’ve done if you care to share without giving to much away?

I think there is certainly going to be a need for human connection and for many the accountability of having a human coach and weekly video check ins, perhaps less for more self driven people and athletes, but I think there will be a degree of gen-pop people who will want and need that human connection - but I could be wrong super keen to here your thoughts brother?

I know a coach that went app based on his clients. Most said they would walk away. It loses that personal touch. Which most want when paying a coach

Yeah I mean the thought of just having a computer to follow versus someone programming the computer versus someone actually doing the work comes across differently 🥹 AI should be there as a tool rather than dependency

This coach had to go back to in person style of coaching as would have lost most of his clients

Incredible background and jounery, the proof is in the photos that you have the tools and skills for coaching everyone male or female. I enjoyed learning your story and accomplishments. I know anyone who picks you as a coach is in good 🙌 💪

Beautiful introduction. It's an amazing career, and like you said, one that takes YEARS to get right. The quality of coaching in Australia is definitely heading in the right direction, but still needs a lot of work, so it's nice to have people like yourself active and present as a positive influence.

Fuck yeah

Ai will never replace real coaches and real people, 90%+ of what Ai chatbots say are hallucinations and lies @Jimboslice117 a majority of it is fake information it makes up. It never used steroids, it never stepped on stage, the feel it will never have!

EVO family are very happy to have you here

We're early days in AI. When AI goes to Tthe agentic era it will take off and it will replace the coaches who coach the recreational lifters and gen pop. After that the coaches who coaching pros....well that market is saturated already. In fact, in a few months time J3U and every other paid service for coaches to learn from like j3u will be given away for free by Victor Black (the guy who taught John, Derek MPMD, Paul Barnet, Joe Jeffery etc)

with an AI to answer questions for anyone who doesn't understand the knowledge base. Guys like John jewett are screwed and will only have high ticket athletes paying the home bills from then on. Why pay these guys $1000+ to learn when you'll be able to get it for free and with an AI?

Answer is pretty simple, Ai is a bot, it hasn't used steroids, hasn't stepped on stage, and a majority of the information is hallucinations aka it's lying aka FAKE! @Jimboslice117 when dealing with injecting steroids, last thing you need is a bot making up stories, that's how hospital visits happen and long term side effects happen. I hate Ai it's created as a demonic tool to control young minds and make them completely ignorant.

Ai, will never replace a good coach

Even if data and analytics were equal in this future scenario - I do believe that humans being humans are still going to what a human coach to look over them, update them, and asses them over the prep and be apart of the journey

As for gen-pop and lifestyle clients, the information and tool already exists for free and yet most people can’t keep them selfs accountable enough to use them or make the changes, this the element of a human coach comes into play still

➕ I like to always keep an open mind - and truly love to hear everyone’s perspective on this subject

I dont think analytics or data is equal, because a person has done bodybuilding shows while Ai is just a bot lying much of the time. I hate Ai sooooo much I can't even put it into words. At the same time, I find myself using it for help with long studies I have to read, it's like a love hate relationship I guess. @Yuri
