CROSS YOUR LIMITS WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR CHAIR ...


My friends from the fit world, exercise can be used as a tool for self-empowerment, but that requires being intentional about it.
Because you have a body but you are not your body you are the consciousness within your body, to be more concise I tell you to keep in mind that when self-love feels overwhelming, go to the place where you remember it. That is why he fed my life by training like a beast and eating healthy to be happy and make those around me happy.

Without a doubt, for today I cannot miss my NKT2 pre-workout, FROM MY FRIENDS FROM Need To Build Muscle.

Today again I had an altercation with my mind, I was passing right by the bakery that is close to my house, I could say that one of the best in Colombia or at least it is for me, it is an exquisite and delicious bread because one of its ingredients main and for what makes it so unique and original and that for me it does not particularly hurt me is because it does not use wheat flour or surface flour, they use sourdough flour and are gluten-free, they also sweeten with another type of more natural sweetener, I don't know clearly what it is, but FRIENDS I had my fight and I WON it because I overcame my malicious anxiety to make me break my diet.
I am proud because for the first time in my life I have been too strong and my hormones were controlled, but I ran to not cry hahaha because it is very strong to see them and not eat them.
At that moment I repeated to myself:

1. Your body is a literal miracle. Continuing with your process, at that moment I also looked at the great photos of how my process is going and I was happy, so I had more strength.

2. You are MUCH more than your body, because I am much more than just a DIET.

3. I am a masterpiece, (and you ARE a masterpiece)

4. Then, this life is our current canvas, so we have to continue brushing, with love, care and responsibility.


However let me tell you that “The gym is the only place where I have control. I don't have to speak, I don't have to listen. I just have to pull or push the weight. It is much simpler and more satisfying than life. I don't have to think. I don't have to worry. I don't have to feel .. I just have to train. It is a totally different world. (OH tell me if it's not true) tell me what you think about it.

Friends without lying to you that I am very happy with my process, every day I wake up very excited to see the success of my discipline and my constant commitment, nothing is never easy but it is not impossible, and sometimes I underestimate myself because I think not I will achieve it, there are days when I go without motivation and it is horrible to train like that because I don't have much energy and I don't enjoy my moment either.

But there are days like today that I day until I got calluses on my hands, I did my best, I tried a little harder to give my body more resistance, demanding more and lifting more weight, so much so that I almost never finished with cardio when I train my legs because I end up so tired that I do not give more, but today I completely achieved it, and I gave the fight today.

Here as always I share my meals of the day, in general I do not eat much red meat, but today the day and the training required it, when I eat meat my body resists with more energy and I am left with less hunger since meat gives me greater satiety and I am completely satisfied.

I have felt a bit out of breath and air, as I suffer a lot to sleep and I feel that no paste is working for me. But literally my breath returns in ups and downs, but I am grateful that my body is incredible, I am achieving unique results and according to my purpose.

It is simply amazing how in just small steps, without cravings and without a lack of food, our entire body is being put into texture and order.

With this I have learned that many of us have very specular deficiencies, but above all we do not know about our abilities, or more accurately our frequency to exploit all our abilities to give the maximum in a training or in the order of our diet.

To get away from our negative beliefs that sabotage us is to take a step further and not give access to our weak points from which we must strengthen daily, in order to obtain a healthier mentality. I have worked for many years to be a strong and constantly harmonious woman, I may still be big but inside I feel like a supermodel.

Many people are busy with their demanding work hours, but many believe that they do not have time to exercise. However, they have time to waste surfing the Internet without getting productive, or watching cooking or sports programs without even doing any sport at all.
That is why I often try to share signs of motivation, discipline and perseverance through my networks. This is crazy and I ask myself to these people what is best for their time, to exercise a little in the day and eat well or be dead 24 hours a day
So friends, the only thing that is needed is to overcome our fears and difficulties to exercise and think about eating well. We also need to implement some strategic and order methods to be able to give it commitment and focus, sweep away our limitations and turn them into real ways that we remember why we are doing it.
Here I share a bit of how my body's transformation is going and also some of my constant meals.

How I have fed my body this week

I have felt that my body is more active than usual this week, so it has been important to feed it well during the day so that it works in the best possible way. As you well know, only about twice a day, although tomorrow Sunday I am going to fast for 24 hours, I mean that I will have my only and last meal at 6:30 pm.

However, my goal is a mixture of fuel for sustenance, fuel for energy for the moment, and fuel for my mind and body to recover.

So here I tell you how everything was:

- A source of protein for muscle growth and repair (this day's lunch included beef liver with garlic sauce and onion in bbq sauce, which I made with lettuce and roasted yellow pepper tacos.


- A source of carbohydrates that provides long-lasting fuel such as avocado, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin etc. In addition to a source of carbohydrates that provides fuel now (fruits, or nuts in my case I love almond butter

- Water to hydrate. In this case I mix it with the magic tea that I prepare to eliminate fluid retention and be lighter on the stomach.


- Coffee (caffeine) for performance was also on the essential fuel list. And definitely my N2-NUTRITION supplementation. As you can see here in the photo.

A balanced diet consists of including different types of food, in adequate amounts, so that the body gets enough energy and nutrition to grow and develop properly.

Carry out a healthy, varied and balanced diet; that's what a balanced diet is all about. It consists of consuming quality food in adequate quantities.

That is why weekly I share with you a summary of small ideas so that you can vary and include in a rich, easy and inexpensive diet.





Tomorrow I will undoubtedly get ready to run 5k on an empty stomach and drink plenty of water to be ready at 6:30 for my meal. Ammm I'm already looking forward to eating it haha.





Regarding my training today, I applied a highly intense circuit that was composed of:

5 sets of maximum intensity with little weight and with the weight of my own body.
Each set is composed of 4 exercises that go in 4 rounds of 15 to 29 repetitions per exercise, the bow jumps if they go for 45 seconds with a rest of 15 seconds.

Perform a whole first round of 4 exercises in a row with a 15-second rest, then resume again until completing 4 rounds, ending this rested 30 seconds to 40, and went to the next set of other new 4 exercises the same as the first round, which means that he performs the 4 exercises in a row that goes from 15 to 20 intense repetitions with a rest of 15 to 20 seconds until finishing the 4 rounds of the 4 exercises.

This is a bread that I made with Greek yogurt, egg whites, and 30 grams of almond flour.
Then mix a can of tuna in water with half avocado and lemon juice in a bowl, add a few pieces of smoked salmon on top, and finally accompany it with sautéed vegetables.

The rise of the industry ... convenience and fashion

I am a big consumer and daily observer through my social networks of people who expose their lives to earn money and get likes or visits on social networks for consuming large amounts of food, it is incredible and scary like the junk food boom in society and even more so with the point of making and creating advertising in restaurants.

All with the perspective of showing what these people consume, it really breaks my heart how they waste food and without any purpose, because the only thing these people do is damage their body and damage people's minds, believing that by eating like this they never will. . get fat or maybe this is okay and maybe that reflects happiness.

However, for me what these people do is reflect a certain frustration and lack of control over food, they lack self-esteem, letting themselves be carried away by what society opposes such as making viral objects or situations and fashion, being that this is a mass consumption that affects with greater veracity the future of humanity and health.

"It should be said that if we are the eaters, what does the fleeting popularity of crappy junk food say about us"

A pioneer in the fast food industry since 1921 that began in the United States and then began to expand throughout the world, I admire the ability of human beings to create great things but I think they are still making mistakes with this type of implements to help subsist being human or in general to society.

I am not saying that eating junk food is a sin or the great point to die, this would be absurd, what if it is absurd is that people take it as a great lack of control and obsession to earn money.

Some of us are supposed to study to earn money in a better way and the need to live a better life is influencing the world.

A life with gratitude and harmony, but the world goes crazy with food, or well the food industry and more those of sausage foods that are mostly with those who make this shitty food that does not work for a damn, friends what I say with great power because it really is a long time since I discovered the significant value of not consuming these types of foods that only serve to obstruct our organs.

I would rather go to the best restaurant and eat the best beef or the best baked chicken than eat a dough that does not influence my purpose of living a longer life or tell me if I am not right.

Food that undoubtedly continues to globalize and that even so despite having critical turbulence in its journey by handling its ingredients, continues without stopping and continues to be of great influencing power in people and now more than ever in the so-called "Mukbang ”, And among other youtubers or influencers on tiktok.

So obesity continues to increase since obesity emerged in 1950 in America when obesity began to increase due to the great boom that influenced junk food, I think it is now worse and more in these times of pandemic.

This is something that as people's waistline expands, not even people sound the alarms to realize what they are receiving with their body.
As I have always said, they lack self-esteem and lack of control, managing to obtain a dysfunctional system that falls into a term called psychonutrition, that is, a problem called nutrition psychology.

Well and finally I do not agree with this type of content, I hope I do not bore you with this post, but I think it was necessary to make my point of view on this issue since I consider myself a great supporter of implementing motivational points in the world and guide people to live harmonious lives with food.

And well it must be said that it does not really bring us anything beneficial to our body, our mind or the future of humanity, and less for people who are trying to improve their relationship with themselves and find a balance point with healthy nutrition.

REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR MIND AND TRANSFORM YOUR ENERGY INTO A HEALTHY MIND

It's not about quantity, it's about quality and this is something that this sport has taught me, not only to love myself more, it is to understand the kind of quality that you decide to increase every day, many people do eat a lot during the day. and they believe that because they do sports for an hour it has already been, and this does not work like that, or well in my opinion particularly.
However, this is about contributing with quality things, both in training and in your diet, I tell you that I have been making a meal a day for 3 days, but that although loaded with 100% optimal and healthy nutrients, foods rich in protein quality, clean fats and fiber, in this case vegetables, no sugar or even fruit, a very loaded diet of excellent hydration at least 2 liters to 3 liters of water.
So here I share a little of my diet this week.



- A small bowl of protein with a little apple and cinnamon.
- Crepes of almond flour, protein balls and blueberries.
- Shrimp ceviche with garlic, lemon juice and avocado
- Roast chicken with zucchini slices and mushrooms.
- Baked chicken salad with a can of tuna, tomato and cabbage
- Almond flour cake with unsweetened arequipe and unsweetened Greek yogurt.
- Well, my pre-workout @ N2-NUTRITION and my magic tea with Jamaica flower, horsetail, green tea and grated ginger.

It is not the quantity but the quality and when it comes to training there is nothing better than being totally focused on each exercise we do.

Because training must be done with conscience. Thus, a "well done" workout should not take you more than 60 minutes, a maximum of 1 hour of weights, at least that's what I dedicate to it, then a very light and smooth cardio, so that these glutes are at 100%. natural and full.
It is due to the work of perseverance, perseverance, discipline and hard work of also taking several years and let's add the mere effort.

It is not the quantity but the quality and when it comes to training there is nothing better than being totally focused on each exercise we do, a great step is to concentrate your mind so that you activate your body

NOW IS THE TIME TO CHANGE !!!

CLEANING TIME! AND YOUR BODY DOES NOT WAIT! It's that time of year, YES, GENTLEMEN, IT'S TIME TO TEST OUR STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE IN THE FACE OF SO MUCH FOOD.



If you feel like it: bread, cereals, sweets, sweetened coffees, pasta, rice, etc. You feel like sugar !! Sugar is addictive, so the more you have, the more you want ... It's a vicious cycle! I've always told you.


Stop this cycle and regain control! It may seem impossible ... you may be thinking, nothing can stop my sugar cravings ... I posted a video on my instagram channel where I share a keto cookie recipe to enjoy as a family.

And as I was saying, the best way to reduce sugar cravings is to cut out the sugar. It's true, in general, the less you have, the less you yearn for!
Imagine not having any more sugar cravings and being able to stop at a cookie and be fine ... it's magical ... hahaha but it's not like that, my weakness is sugar that's why I try never to do it and when I do it I get very bad about my stomach.

It is also full of healthy fats and super foods to rebuild healthy cells, repair and detoxify our organs, this to improve overall health and restore it to make it much easier to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

You're fine, you are normal and so am I, you are definitely not the only one, and even if you already know, stop blaming yourself, there is a general change that happens to all of us when we fall, or never try to start, I am if it would be disastrous not only for your body but also for your environment and your mind.

Much comes down to habits, which is what can lead us to the homeland of the drum roll, please ... consistency, but above all self-love I will never tire of repeating it.

One of my favorite books that I read that not only explains the habits, but will also give you all the necessary advice to help you achieve consistency, this is part of my daily reading and reading routine.
Before diving into your next exercise craze, I highly recommend that you read (or listen to) this book to help you pursue your goals, the book is called The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.

I love the holiday season for the food one reason. I kinda lax on my diet a bit. Hell we have to enjoy ourselves sometimes right
