Correct needle size

I'm 28 years old and just started my first cycle
I'm doing Sustanon 250 500mgs a week. I made a mistake and did a pin and measured wrong and ended up pinning a full 500mgs in 1 shot. I use a 23 gauge needle and it was into my shoulder. my shoulder the next day hurts so much it feels like I got hit by a baseball bat.
do you think I used too big of a needle and should switch or should I just continue injecting.

i would definitely NOT use a 23 in your delts man... thats too big... 25 is the biggest i would use in your delts...

Yes, the 23 is too large for a deltoid injection and generally a 25 is just fine in general but you would definitely want to use a 25 in your delts and not a 23 as it is too large for that particular location

sounds like you were just nervous.. try taking a hot shower and relaxing before injecting

500mgs of sustanon in the delts is going to hurt, give it time it will calm down.

Move to 25G needle, apply heat afterwords to reduce PIP

You could switch to a 25g needle if you want but the PIP could also be from sust on its own or that you injected a larger amount of gear. Or the technique as well.
