Creatine?

Hello everybody so I have some concerns about creatine .I want to start taking it but have read that it helps with getting bigger.I don’t want to get any bigger What I’m looking to do is improve duration and efficiency in my workout so I can burn fat and bring my fat% down ,and tone my already existing muscle. Like I said I don’t want to get bigger I want to keep my size and proportions. How should I be taking my creatine so that it will aid in what I need?or is there something else I should be taking instead?

Sounds to me like you want to recomp and lose some bf.

Creatine is going to make you big like you think, so don't worry about that. I would say based upon what you are looking for i would try cardarine GW which will help with respect to workout duration and fast loss
 
Creatine raises ATP levels which will aid strength and endurance. Don't worry you won't start looking like the hulk from creatine lol
 
Diet dictates your direction. Taking creatine does not MAKE you bigger. It gives energy so you can workout longer etc. YOU make yourself bigger or more lean by what you eat. It's fine to take to cut.

Creatine is not magic. You aren't going to blow up and grow on it. We all wish it was that easy. For your goals, it's best to dose GW preworkout to give you your energy, endurance, and fat loss you seek. Nothing else out there can touch it
 
I've always responded very well to creatine. It does make me hold a little water, but definitely makes me stronger longer in the gym. It's the only 'legal' thing i've tried that I can consistently get stronger with. Like when i've plateaued, or in cal def. i believe you can accomplish what your after with creatine, but you make look a little wet during.

That being said, I have tried several brands/types that did absolutely nothing 'zero' so don't get discouraged if one doesn't work. i like the ones that have several kinds ie. mono; alpha keto. ethyl ester, monhydrate. I believe the old school method of sugar delivery is valid. Also I include 100mg of alpha lipoic which is a pantented combo and at one time only one company had this combo. but alpha lipoic is easy to find at vitamin store. Also loading has proven effective for me.
 
I use creatine daily and it really helps performance and stamina, I would not worry about any bad side effects from it at all.
