Hey guys I'm not very active on here, but a bro said I should do a log so I figured "fuck it" currently 4 weeks out and still have too much fat on my glutes we pulled test last week to 0mg from 300 currently nuking estrogen because I seem to aromatise heavily. I'm currently on a high dose of mast about 1g, wintsrol 50g combined oral and inj. 80mcg clean, 5mg nebivalol and 40 telmecartan. These photos are 2 meals in. At this stage I'm just going to get what I can in terms of condition then ride my rebound out and see what I can get in terms of muscle gain. I have shifted to a bro split for the first time ever in my lifting journey, I typically run a ppl low volume higher frequency and intensity.
My diet is about 1200 kcal consisting of 90g protein, 180g protein and like 40 fats. I am doing 60 min cardio split into two sessions. Ik I'm probably going to be ratioed but I just thought I would put my sound out there.

I'm currently getting every ebook I can on training, nutrition and peds. I've been focusing on relearning some movements at this time as I have found my mechanics are trash I've fixed shoulder stability issues so this next bulk will be a sight to behold once I get myself stable employment, in a month I'm going back to being an itinerant agriculture worker. I'm currently making moves to build up some sort of online income via tiktok, YouTube and discord [oddly enough] if anyone has any advice I'm open to absolutely everything

Ik I'm probably going to be ratioed but I just thought I would put my sound out there.

No need to worry about that bro, the forum doesn't work like regular social media type shitfests.

It really is a tight community where everyone helps each other, you'll see what I mean soon enough =)

All you have to do is post your log updates regularly, and also follow others.

There's a log link in each loggers signature or profile, just open them in a new tab as you encounter them.

For each click their follow button and then read through their log history and in the future you'll get entry notifications from the bell icon in the top right.

1200kcal is brutal man! Hang in there =)
 
Thanks ma bro, I'm just a little shy as yah know I've been this low for 4wks now it's tricky but I'm just enjoying the experience. I'll post as frequently as I can I'm just a little busy with course work and finishing up at my job. Ah yeah I'm 24, like what information on my training days would you like me to include? I do quite low volume and I tend to do more intensity I've included my program in the attached photos. And I am glad to be hear I've heard you heaps on iron overload I just kinda liked here for years

like layout your workouts. this way we can give suggestions. check the other logs on here and see how people lay them out
one tip i can give you right off the bat since you are young is ALWAYS warm up properly AND stretch after training. too many people skip this but it will help you stay healthy long term. i didn't do this when i was younger and now I do it, and i wish i had when i was younger
 
Oh I do mobility work and I'm pretty thorough with my warm ups. I typically do pre activation work for weaker muscle groups a lot of my training is influenced by Dorian Yates, John meadow's and Jared feathers. I typically do a cool down followed by cardio. I don't see the benefits with stretching around workouts I have dedicated flexibility sessions with a routine I got from a dancer to address my hip immobility

Got the mast before the shortage happened, 180 protein and 90carbs. Supplement wise I use astragalus root extract powder at 6g, fish oil about 8g, my main focus dietary wise is getting everything I can from food so I supplement b vitamins, vitamin a, some vitamin c I don't take digestive supplements because I haven't done any major damage to my stomach and digestion is good (I run vertical diet in the off-season). Thanks I kinda lurked for a year then stopped visiting

As for the work thing I have no choice about being itinerant because I am losing my job and I live rural, my thoughts are online there's money if I get eyeballs and do the right things. Oh and to clarify I'm currently on a show prep I've just had a lot of things go wrong and that created a cycle of stress eating. So we let go of the idea of having a good look a while ago the plan is to get on stage knowing I will look like shit and see what my competition is like. This show has been my goal since I quit drinking and I am going to do it no matter what. I'm going to try trizepitide. Oh and back to my plan I will then have a two year off season to grow and get a stable income and once I'm stable again I will do the exact same show. The plan after that is to keep growing and doing the same show each year until I win by a landslide then make a serious attempt at nationals. Then do nationals until I win and get my pro card

If you want to control your eating I suggest you get on a GLP-1 like semaglutide or retatrutide, that would help a lot with stress eating. Tirzepatide will work as well but start with 2.5mgs/week max. @Dave1288499 it's a good idea to play for a pro card, we have a ton of PROs here, you're in the right place for the growth.

I tried reta it hasn't been helping much with the stress eating it's removed bored eating not stress eating. I plan on trying triz.

If retatrutide didn't work, try tirzepatide that should be a start for your brother

So to day was a good day first time in weeks {sounding like a bitch rn ik}. I got my bookwork finished {hopefully} got a perscription for medical marijuana [oof ik rec drugs] but up until this point my sleep has been something ive struggled with [I mostly only wanted the CBD oil]

I'm trying out a new source more info when the gear arrives. I trained chest today, I felt stronger not sure why. This prep has been weird I started it at 85kg nearly 86 basically almost 190 [I think I'm going to ride this out. I took a deload last week because I hadn't had one in weeks. I took 2 iu gh before bed last night before bed and just passed out while typing this so I am typing out in the morning before work

bros i recommend checking out the other logs and getting ideas on how to structure it. but at the end of the day its your log so you can do whatever you want with how you present it. we are all different

I've been focusing on relearning some movements at this time as I have found my mechanics are trash I've fixed shoulder stability issues so this next bulk will be a sight to behold once I get myself stable employment, in a month I'm going back to being an itinerant agriculture worker. I'm currently making moves to build up some sort of online income via tiktok, YouTube and discord [oddly enough] if anyone has any advice I'm open to absolutely everything

Hey guys I'm not very active on here, but a bro said I should do a log so I figured "fuck it" currently 4 weeks out and still have too much fat on my glutes we pulled test last week to 0mg from 300 currently nuking estrogen because I seem to aromatise heavily. I'm currently on a high dose of mast about 1g, wintsrol 50g combined oral and inj. 80mcg clean, 5mg nebivalol and 40 telmecartan. These photos are 2 meals in. At this stage I'm just going to get what I can in terms of condition then ride my rebound out and see what I can get in terms of muscle gain. I have shifted to a bro split for the first time ever in my lifting journey, I typically run a ppl low volume higher frequency and intensity.

As far as what ive noticed with the photos you posted, from the outside looking in and i say this because i want to see u be the best version of yourself and excel, if i had to pick something out id say arm development is lagging behind a bit compared to other parts of the physique, id work on bringing those up more to help tie the physique together, its tough i know this why my quads and how they lack behind with what i need to improve.

You will get there man just takes time and dedication and u will make it happen, have you tried switching up movements for triceps ? I know for me i feel them the best on weighted dips and cable tricep kick backs

Today I found out my nana is getting frail so I need to visit soon or I'll never get the chance again. Today some chick offered me nudes I said no [tried to push my "other" content]. Its interesting I don't have anything interesting to add. 84kg today but I look better I think [God I'm so bad at this]

I've just decided to eat an apple a day and a can of tuna. My knees can't support me on the elliptical RN so maybe I should train for hours a day IDK. I just don't want to be fat on stage

It's my rest day so I'm working on CV, I don't actually have any good bike trails where I live. Nah I think it's a combination of no estrogen. I used to bike but my bicycle isn't safe for down hill so I converted it into a stationary bike. I just don't care anymore I almost had a random fire regarding a bag I placed near a heater. I'll do anything to be ready

1200 kcal 30g carbs low day, 40g fat and about 180g protein my high carbs are 100g. I could completely remove fat and carbs but my carbs come from vegetables mostly. Cardio wise my knees aren't handling cardio for extended periods of time well so I'm going to have to bring back walking. I've had issues with stress eating caused by job insecurity and a lot of my life just falling apart around me

I don't have access to one, I live rural so home gym set up old school style slag iron shit. Sodium is not very high I don't have much added salt
do you have access to treadmill or a hill you can walk up?

Most of my carbs sources are veggies. I can't think of a better solution. My knees don't have the fat in them to support me with cardio and I've had multiple injuries to both so I need to do Walking instead but the other issue is I don't have much time I pass out @2030hrs. I train in the morning typically. I might have more time this week if I pass my restricted because I won't have to do driving lessons. I could go carnivore or keto but Everytime I do I feel sick within hours. So I kinda have to have the fruit and vege in. I could up my training volume do two a days again but I would have to increase my food to recover. I honestly don't care how little I have to eat or how much cardio or how much volume the big limitation is my knees

Yes, I've tried it before I just feel off and have to force my food down in order to hit the amount I eat each day. Just something feels off when I do idk how to explain. I could remove all fats. I do well on zero fat besides trace fats

When you say oldschool, it kinda sounds like there's a modern better way of doing it cuz this sounds insane lol. I see the pros talking about cutting to sub 1000 calories but never this hard.

i can do two i have kiwi fruit too. i have reta but that hasnt curbed the binges i have tirz and 5 amino 1 mq coming. theres superdrol in my drug drawer but every time i run thaty i get heavier
