I’ve mainly been doing Test Cycles (over 2 years), but have recently taken a 6 month hiatus from it all. I’m getting back into it and after my last cycle some 6 months ago of Deca & Test going well I’ve decided to do another.
I’ve also thought about front loading Dbol to get it started on a 16 week cycle and adding Proviron to mitigate Deca dick and such, but every time I read things about Proviron I get conflicting answers.
Currently 178CM (5’10”) and 86KG (189LB) and looking to just go for the mass side of things. Diet isn’t too bad as it’s pretty much all dictated by meal prep and MyMuscleChef meals to calorie count.
It’ll be the usual 500mg Test E, 400mg Deca p/week kinda cycle unless there’s a better way. I’m open to opinions. I train 5-6 days a week.
